Great place to stay

I did not stay at the hotel. The conditions of the hotel was not good. The carpet was dirty as well as the chair in the room. It did not look like the pictures on the internet.

Drain didn’t work in the shower unless you held it down. Hot water tank went out during the night the worker said, at 10am it still wasn’t fixed. Went to a friends hotel to shower

This hotel was perfect for our family. Staff was kind and helpful. Great location and reasonable price.

Carpets were sticky. Had to ask for another room because the one we were given when we got there smelled overwhelmingly of cat urine

I have this 3 stars for overall, due to the price, HOWEVER, the room had food splashed on the wall by the bed, there was so much dust around the mini frig, AND THE "NEW" AIR CONDITIONER KEPT MALFUNCTIONING to the point that the front desk brought us a fan, that only circulated the humidity, which was miserable for my pregnant daughter, and grand daughter, who had asthma. The pool was cold, and there were no towels at the pool.

The first room they gave us had not been cleaned. The next room the bathtub and shower surround had black grease on them as well as the shower curtain. The shower curtain also had mildew.The toiletries on the sink had black grease on the containers. One of the bath towels also had black grease on it. The carpet was filthy The pool area had dirty swim suits in a pile. The soda machine did not work. It also sounded like someone was bowling above us. The entire property is run down.

I had reserved a room at this hotel and had a confirmation number. The hotel was notified that it would be a late check in, the day before. My daughter was getting married nearby and this seemed like a good choice. I've used Wyndham locations before and loved the experience, just not this location. They were dropped off at the hotel at 11:30pm. They were informed there were no rooms available. I had to drive 40 minutes to pick them up and find another hotel. We did find one. You think everything is planned and this hotel will throw in a wrench, and leave you stranded. I'm not sure why they would give the room away. The hotel offered no apologies, for leaving the bride and groom, in a area they were not familiar with and no hotel vacancies nearby. Still can't believe they didn't even apologize.

I was in the room for two days and both of my arms had bites from bed bugs and my legs too. The front desk lady when we checked in was nice; however, everything else like the cleanliness was very questionable. This is not normally a place I would stay but on short notice this was all that was available. I know for the next time.
