The worst hotel experience. In quality and attention. There was no water, they didn't warn, they say they include breakfast and there are 3 baskets with fruits. The shower full of tartar. The forms of the receptionists. They wanted to charge us twice. the expired mattress

From the moment you enter, there is little or no attention from the girls at the reception, they don't explain anything to you, the room smells like fried food every day and I don't know where it comes from, then normal rooms, a green space and a normal pool, there is a grill in the park that is can use freely. Poor breakfast and no attention from the staff.

I am studying at the IAE business school, which is across the street, I booked this place because of the proximity, I had a health problem hoping to be able to modify it and have attention from the hotel and the RESPONSE WAS TERRIBLE, ZERO PREDISPOSITION IN THE ATTENTION , they made me pay the full amount of the stay and THEY DIDN'T EVEN ALLOW ME TO CHOOSE THE PAYMENT METHOD. I NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

I loved the place. Clean and all the staff are very willing to solve any smallest detail. I usually travel to Pilar often and this is one of the best options I've been to. I'll probably be back soon.

Honestly, I expected something else. Being an "Appart" with a name as bombastic as "PIlar Suites", being in the area behind the Hospital Austral and the Pilar area, I thought I was going to find accommodation of a different category. For now, the staff (with exceptions) has zero empathy with the newly arrived guest. When we arrived, the person in charge of the reception told us that the Check Inn was at 3 pm (it was 12), that they had rooms available but the Check Inn was at 3 pm. So why clarify that there were rooms available? The place lacks cleaning, maintenance, renewing the mattresses in the rooms (very soft and deformed), the pillows were TERROR!! (they seemed filled with pieces of foam rubber), Not all the rooms had a TV (it depends on the rate, it seems) The "water mirror" (aka the pool) was good, but it needed cleaning and a review of the bottom that it had scum. There weren't enough lounge chairs for those of us upstairs or no one told us what we could ask for at reception. You had to request the pool towels at reception (and even though they had them on hand, you had to wait for them to be brought from the storage room). Breakfast, served in a place next door, was basic, coffee, a watered-down juice that I have no idea. which was, croissants, a few portions of pudding, some toast, sweets and fruit salad. The room doors did not close by themselves, you had to pass the electronic key through it again to be able to close them. The bathroom lacks maintenance and intensive care. I do not recommend it nor would I return.

CHEATED. They charged me $6000 more, they always promise that they will make a refund but that never happens. I asked for it in person, by email and by phone... You must be attentive and control the charge to your card. They are criminals.

It had never happened to me. I stop by that area very often (hotel nh) mainly, but I decided to try this one to see what's up, I'm going to derellar. I arrived I went without dinner, I went and when I come back I ask for a little ice to drink something cold in the room, to my surprise they tell me that they have to charge me for it, I say ok, then they tell me that they can't give it to me even charging me, The truth was the only thing I asked for throughout my stay in a small glass with ice. I did not get it. Really a mess the answers and excuses. I will never return and I do not recommend it, it leaves much to be desired.

It is the worst hotel I have ever been able to stay in. There is no hot or cold water, the sheets have holes, the breakfast is simple, just biscuits with tea, the staff's attention is terrible, they act with indifference. Foreigners are charged VAT, despite showing the respective documentation. When I paid them they returned me with torn bills. It is a shame of a hotel. There is nothing positive about it. The service provided is terrible, from the staff to the accommodation services. I would never return to this hotel. Please, I recommend going to another hotel than Casa Campus Pilar Suites.

After having stayed for 5 nights, I want to detail my experience. The cleaning is very bad, both when entering the room (sheets with hair) and during the 6 days I stayed there (I found cockroaches twice). Mattress and pillows in poor condition. WiFi didn't work in the room and no one fixed the issue so had to work at the bar. When I booked the room it included parking, but one day I left in the afternoon and when I returned they told me that there was no more space and I had to leave the car outside, which did not happen due to my complaint. The breakfast is very simple and always the same. It has no fruits. Finally, the receptionists do not help to solve any problem that arises, on the contrary, they are indifferent to any claim. The positive. If you go to the UA, the location is perfect, the entrance is across the street.
