The guy at the front desk of the hotel was very handsome and enthusiastic, and he communicated in English very efficiently. We arrived at the local hotel at around ten in the morning, and the guy offered to let us check in early. It should be noted that you need to scan the QR code on the wall for slippers, toothbrushes and other supplies in the room. Some are free and some require payment. The hotel we booked did not have toothbrushes, so we needed to buy them at a nearby supermarket. Overall, my four-day stay was very comfortable, quiet, clean and orderly.

Before I left, I checked into this hotel again. It might be the peak season, so the price increased by about 40%. The room was larger than before, which was okay. Breakfast is ok, and the supermarket downstairs is convenient. Not too far from the main attractions of the old town.

Pros: very clean, good rooms, great breakfast, very very friendly service and good location. this building is the highest in the city, so make sure to ask for a high floor this way you can get a very good view of the city. Hotel has a nice pool and gym. I didnt have chance to try the spa. Hotel has a free parking for your car. Cons: nothing bad at all . this is a very good place in Tiblisi. it might be on the ”expensive” side but again , it is one of the best places in the city. if you are on a budget trip, then you can stay in another place .

Firstly. All the staff speak excellent English. Not what someone wrote previously. I should know as an English speaker. We were in the new building for a week. The rooms are beautiful, clean and well designed. I would have preferred a normal balcony and not a French one. The breakfast was very good with a selection for all tastes. Thanks to the excellent staff: Luca the reception manager, Davit security, Anna reservations and a very nice reception lady whose name I can't remember. We stayed an extra half a day which Luca helped us with. We were in the old building ( with a payment) and it was fine.

Great hotel, perfect location. The center, yet a quiet center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Diana, attentive and ready to answer any question. Breakfast is a separate form of art! Homemade yogurt with Chia seeds - 10 out of 10! The children were delighted with the baking! Well, about cleanliness, very, very clean! We had two days to explore Tbilisi at the end of a ski trip at Gudauri. Shota Rustavelli is next door to parliament and a short walk to the old town. In the lower floors of a beautiful apartment block, the hotel offers large elegant rooms (we were upgraded) with very comfortable beds, marble bathrooms and lovely finishes. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, helpful and recommended two great Georgian restaurants. The bar areas are pleasant and there is a large pool and small gym in the basement

Everything liked, ONLY RECOMMENDED, but now in order: Hotel location: Located in the old part of the city at the foot of Mount Mtacminda. To the Freedom Square, from which all tourist routes start, 1.2 km. Down is easy, but it is already hard to get up. And if Georgian wine is still loaded, it is almost impossible. But this problem is solved. Taks ride is quite cheap. There is a small shop in the 50 meters nearby. Metrics in the 150 are already quite a large grocery store. From the hotel on urban buses with route numbers 124 and 90 for 50 tetra per person you can reach the Mtacminda Park. The hotel was located by representatives of different countries. Germany, Russia, France, etc. Location: Booked 4 local rooms. The room is normal, clean, the place is quite enough. The bed linen is cleaned daily and changed with towels (thank the cleaner for your discretion). Mini – bar is not available, but there is a refrigerator. You can form the bar at your discretion. The bathroom was a large jacuzzi bath and a shower cabin. The curtains are not blackout, but are quite dense and well absorbed sunlight. Territory around the hotel: It just doesn't exist. In the old part of the city there is no free land, so there is a small parking in front of the hotel along the street at 3, a maximum of 4 cars. Hotel: Modernizated room of the hostel.
