The hotel is located in a very good and accessible area. It is near the sapa station and sapa church. The hotel allowed us to keep our luggage while waiting for our bus going back to hanoi and even let us take shower before we leave. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They also have the best cinnamon tea (unlimited).

Location is so convenient. Near to Ham Rong Mountain, SunPlaza. Walking distance to all the eateries and shopping area. Service excellent.

Great hotel, super clean and with a lot of complementary services. It’s the best position you can find in Sapa, close to the main plaza but not noise at all. The workers were very nice and helpful

This is a simple, clean boutique hotel with great service, at a great location with fantastic views from balcony. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel room with all the checklists.

Clean room and they do have heater if you are going there during the cold season. Staff are friendly. However, I am not very happy with the breakfast. Requested for the pineapple pancake, and one of the staff she got the order wrong and give me a banana pancake. Told her, she went back to the kitchen and just put pineapple onto the banana pancake for me. Clarify but she insist that’s pineapple pancake. This is a disappointment. Due to double pan fry, it is way too oily. What I can say is, the guy staff at the counter is good and welcoming. Not for the female.

I love this hotel and the staff! Welcoming and very friendly. Juz like a home staying there!! This was my 2nd stay in this marvellous hotel and with my fiancé this round! Thank you David and your staff for the best service I experienced!!

This hotel is really amazing. Location is great and walking distance to Sun Plaza where you can take the tram up to mid hill and transfer to the cable car to go up to the Fansipan mountain. Lots of restaurants and mini marts just right behind the hotel. Hotel staff are friendly and genuine. They speak perfect English and provided the best services to us during our 3 nights stay. Buffet breakfast is good too. Will definitely recommend my friends to stay here when they come Sapa!

Good hotel, nice view also good service

We were well received when arrived. Check in was fast and efficient. The staff brought us up to our room and clearly explained to us everything in the room. The room is very clean. The hotel near to city centre and easily can access to foods.

We got 6th floor which has amazing view from the balcony. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Highly recommended - you will not regret. It worths 5 stars.

The waiter was very attentive in the morning and could arrange an early CI, allowing us to make up for the fatigue caused by the bus in the evening. The room is elegantly decorated with a bookish feel and has a terrace with a view of the street below. The waiter would remove our shoes before ushering us into the room to avoid staining our room. But there was a slight smell in the bathroom for a short period of time every night. The waiter also prepared delicious fruits for us. The waiter assisted the driver to pick us up at the door of the hotel and board the car. Fansipan travel information is also provided. The hotel has a rich breakfast, including sun-roasted eggs and rice noodles, which are delicious.

First of all, the location was great. It was easy to get to Ham Rong Mountain, Fansipan Cable Car, and Ket Ket Village. The rice noodles for breakfast were better than those at restaurants. The staff were also very friendly and kind. If I go back to Sapa, I would stay here again.

location - About 4-5 minutes walk from Sapa Station - About 2-3 minutes away from Sapa Cathedral - Come out of the entrance and go up the stairs on the right to enter Ham Rong Mountain. - Turn left at the entrance and go down the stairs to Sapa Station or Cat Cat Village. (ATMs that accept Travel Wallet, Kong Cafe, and supermarkets are also located here) - It is about a 10-minute walk to Sapa Lake. - Overall, it is in a good location in Sapa in terms of travel. (Good location for going to Fansipan, Cat Cat Village, cathedral, etc.) facility - There is a terrace so the view is nice. - The shower room is a bit narrow, the water pressure is good, but the water drains a little poorly. - It is very nice to have a bidet installed. - The amenities are good and the dryer has strong wind and the installation location is good. - There is no inconvenience in charging as there is a power strip. - It's fairly clean and I didn't particularly see any bugs. - Air conditioning and heating were installed and operated without problem. service - Breakfast seems to have about 12 to 15 menus (buffet style), and about 10 menus can be ordered. - Breakfast is quite delicious, and I usually eat a lot of omelettes, but they are delicious. - The staff speaks good English and is very friendly. Although it is a bit pricey, traveling/touring in Sapa does not take a lot of time, so it is recommended to choose a decent hotel itself. Overall, it wasn't a luxury hotel, but it was an accommodation that didn't have any inconveniences. In particular, the location was very convenient because you could walk to everything around this area unless you were going for ethnic trekking. (Generally, most restaurants frequented by Koreans are located around here)
