Wonderful location at the entrance of Fansipan cable car! It is away from the hustle and bustle of the crowd in Sapa city, and is located in the quiet and peaceful mountains area. Buggy services to drive you to the entrance of fansipan, also has scheduled shuttle buses that brings you to city centre. The receptionist can also call for a cab for you that is generally well priced. The cool is small and cute, but was too cold for me to swim outdoors. There’s a small indoor heated pool which is pretty but crowded at times. The staff team is helpful and kind generally. Hotel buffet breakfast is adequate, liked that it came as a package with the hotel. New hotel too so that means clean place!
The only con is that their beauty services are average for a hotel, so might not go back to their services. Otherwise I would love to be back here!

It's a bit far from downtown Sapa. Although there are free shuttle buses to the hotel, the buses are not frequent enough. Sometimes you still need to take a taxi to get back to the hotel.
In addition, the hotel facilities, service attitude, room bathroom and breakfast meals are all very good.

The hotel is new and clean. Catering needs to be improved. But for other hotels I have stayed in Sabah before it has been very good.
