"*”We stayed at KK Sapa Hotel 1 night on 10 May and had a truly memorable experience. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. Although we arrived in the morning, the hotel kindly allowed us to pre-check in and stored our luggage until the official check-in time at 2 pm. Our room on the 17th floor was spotless, with all lights, power outlets, and washroom facilities working perfectly. The air conditioning, water heater, and swimming pool on level 13 were all in excellent condition. Breakfast at level 2 was impressive, offering a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel’s location is very convenient — just a 5-minute walk to shopping streets, 8–10 minutes to the bustling city center, 300m to Moana Café, and only a short drive to Alpine Coaster and Cat Cat Village parking area. The view from our room was fantastic, even though fog covered the scenery for two days during our stay. Overall, KK Sapa Hotel exceeded our expectations. We will definitely book here again when visiting Sapa in the future, and we highly recommend it to other travelers. A solid 10/10!”*"

"I had a wonderful stay at Phuong Nam Hotel. The location is very convenient just about a 500-meter walk to Sun Plaza, making it easy to explore the area. Even though I arrived early at 6am from Hanoi, the staff were very accommodating. While waiting for the 2pm check-in, they kindly allowed me to freshen up and store my luggage, which I truly appreciated after a long journey. The breakfast is also worth mentioning only 100,000 VND per person, with a wide variety of choices. Definitely great value for money. Right in front of the hotel, there’s a shop where you can buy many items at very affordable prices. It’s always packed with people, which shows how good it is and it’s totally worth checking out. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I’ve experienced. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa!"

"Directly opposite Sun Plaza for tram ride to Fanispan. Outside hotel, many restaurants, shops and massages to select. Walk across Sapa Square, more restaurants and shops with few top rated in Google Maps with a shop selling rejected branded sport wear (original quality but need to carefully find the reject/defects). Room is clean and staff are polite and helpful. Bathroom water pressure is low but acceptable. Free water bottles, coffee and tea bags. Universal power socket available in rooms. Big bath towels."

"It was a good choice i booked the azure sapa hotel coz location was good , everywhere you want is just in the corner just few minutes walk to the sun plaza where the train station to take us to cable car to mt.fansipan . Staffs is very accomodating, help us booked our trip to mt.fansipan back en fort she even help us to settle our bus sleeper booking back to hanoi, its really amazed me that azure was helping me all i need on our one night and 2days stayed in the hotel.. breakfast was good,just simple tradional breskfast . Since we checkout early , you can leave the luggage in the hotel until your last hour on your stay to SAPA , it was really a nice experience that i visited the sapa vietnam .. until my next plan 🙏. "We arrived in Sapa before 7 AM via the Hk Sleeping Bus, and the office was incredibly chaotic and crowded. We had pre-requested a hotel drop-off service, but it was so busy that we considered just walking, as Google Maps showed our hotel was only a 10-minute walk from the office. We decided to wait a bit longer for the drop-off service, and it's a good thing we did – that walk would have been impossible! Sapa has narrow streets, lots of steep inclines, and many construction sites. If we had just walked without knowing, it could have been a real problem. Anyway, despite being on a slope, the hotel staff greeted us warmly and happily stored our luggage for free. The room was spacious and in great condition. My only minor complaint is that there was no toilet paper holder, which was a bit inconvenient. Don't expect much from breakfast. The location, however, is excellent. Sapa Station is very close, and we only took a taxi to Cat Cat Village; everything else was within walking distance. For Cat Cat, I recommend using Grab. We asked the hotel to call a taxi for us, and I feel the driver overcharged us significantly. For our departure, we had also requested a pickup. When the scheduled pickup time approached and the bus hadn't arrived, the staff members personally contacted the bus company to confirm and reassured us. Thank you, everyone! ^^"

"Everything we needed for our short stay was provided. Service is top notch. Location is spot on (beside Moana). Room is clean. Breakfast has a wide selection. We were surprised they gave us complimentary buffet hotpot dinner, what a nice touch for our last day in Sa Pa. We stayed at a garden room and the view of the rice fields is what greeted us. The hotel has a gym and big indoor pool. Only thing is that one night someone was knocking at our door and saw a woman outside we didn't know, and another night we heard a hammering sound at the adjacent room when we were watching TV. All in all, will still give 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is located in a strategic location, within an 10 minute walking distance (upslope is expected) of the Sapa Station (Sun plaza). The room is spacious, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The shower has strong water pressure and a stable temperature. The staff were extremely helpful. They can speak English very well. The hotel breakfast has different selections and live stations (eg., fried egg, omelette, pho noodle). They served the breakfast from 6.30am to 9.30am at 5th floor, which is next to the hotel lobby. We got a mountain view room and you can really see the nice view when there is not foggy. We don’t hear any noise from the street and the environmental within the hotel is quiet and peaceful. We arrived at Sapa in the early morning (6am) and there is no room available for check-in. Therefore, we waited until 12pm and it was lucky that the staff allowing us early check in without extra charges. I also put a remark that it’s my husband birthday and the staff prepared a waffle cake and send to our room once we have checked in. Appreciated for the special arrangement and I would sincerely thank you the staff who really attentive to every notes from the guests. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel because of its clean environment, great hospitality, and friendly staff."
