The staff were amazing from start to finish, from check-in to check-out, even checking on us while we waited for our delayed bus and offering to call the company to find out what was going on. The room was excellent, the view from the balcony was amazing, and everything was cleaned perfectly each day. I’m definitely coming back here next time I’m in Sapa"

"The hotel is well located in Sapa City, just a 5-minute walk from Sun Plaza, Hidden Café, and many restaurants. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and they allowed us to check in one hour early. The only drawback was that the construction work blocked the view of the funicular."

Hotel de Sapa Hotels in Sapa

Hotel de Sapa

"This hotel is truly warm and welcoming. Every morning, we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast while admiring the breathtaking clouds and mountain views of Sapa — a peaceful and memorable experience. The spa area, located on the third floor, is beautifully designed and free to use until 9 p.m.. We went a bit late on the first day so it was quite crowded, but we returned the next morning and it was absolutely worth it. The manager was very kind and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean, lightly scented, and featured a unique bathtub layout that made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, this mountain hotel is truly exceptional — from its atmosphere and service to the people. Our family will definitely come back if we visit Sapa again."

"its my 2nd time but this will be my last if you can avoid this hotel please do .if you think its cheap and you save money youre wrong.the minute you step in and talk to the front desk they will ask you immediately if you want to upgrade, they will tell you all the things will convince you.1.No heater 2.the linen are thin 3.the view is not good and its on the lower floor. Then if you are early arrive on the hotel they will ask you again if you want to early check in which is you need to pay extra again. They know you are tired from 6hrs travel they will take advantage of it.I pay for both and of-course i ask if they can lower the price and they agree.Im expecting since i arrive early and pay for early check in and they also mentioned i can avail the breakfast but after i pay they told me that what i pay is not included for what i pay.they told me after they swipe my card.then they put ask me to choose the room it different from my previous room.i got the room with the mold and the smell is so bad that i cant breathe so i ask them later that night if i can go to the vacant room in the third floor where i stay before i was more disappointed when they told me i need to pay again if i want to transfer in the third floor.in the end i was transfer in the upper room with lot of stairs.and the the day im checking out im on the resto from 6am to 6:30am there is no breakfast they did even offer me coffee i arrive and left this hotel without eating breakfast.one thing more if you want to get breakfast be early cause they will not refill the food in the so called buffet .PLEASE IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS HOTEL PLEASE DO."

Viet Valley Hotel & Spa - Lake View Sapa

"This family-run hotel is bright, clean and close to everything ( the night market, the main area, and SAPA station are all walkable. ) Two of the male staff speak good English, and you can use what’s app to contact them. They always give quick responses. You can rent motorbikes, do the laundry, book bus tickets and so on at the front desk and they offer decent prices. All the staff are very welcoming, polite and helpful. They even offer us an early check-in because we take the night bus. You can leave the luggages there and when the room is ready they will send you messages. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel."

Silk Path Grand Sapa Resort & Spa Hotels in Sapa

Silk Path Grand Sapa Resort & Spa

"To be honest, this was our first trip to Vietnam, and Silk Path was the second hotel we stayed at after moving from Hanoi to Sapa. I can wholeheartedly say that our experience exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptional. Although our booking was for 2:00 PM, we arrived very early at around 7:00 AM. We expected to wait until the official check-in time, but a Duty Manager (unfortunately, I didn't get her name) went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and did everything she could to accommodate us. She also took the time to recommend tourist attractions, marking places on a map and explaining where we should visit. Her service was truly outstanding—10/10. On our first day, it rained heavily, so we returned to the hotel earlier than planned. The front desk kindly directed us to the restaurant for breakfast, where we met Steve, the Restaurant Manager. He noticed that we were tourists and warmly recommended some of the best dishes from the buffet. We also had a pleasant chat with him. Steve is genuinely customer-oriented, friendly, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Kudos for his team as well due to their service and attentive towards the guest - 10/10 The hospitality we received from both the Duty Manager and Steve made our trip even more memorable. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help truly reflect the high standards of the hotel. I would highly recommend Silk Path to anyone visiting Sapa, and I would definitely stay here again."

Couple
Hotel Sapa Square Affiliated by Melia ★★★★
"Directly opposite Sun Plaza for tram ride to Fanispan. Outside hotel, many restaurants, shops and massages to select. Walk across Sapa Square, more restaurants and shops with few top rated in Google Maps with a shop selling rejected branded sport wear (original quality but need to carefully find the reject/defects). Room is clean and staff are polite and helpful. Bathroom water pressure is low but acceptable. Free water bottles, coffee and tea bags. Universal power socket available in rooms. Big bath towels."

"The room was exceptionally great!!! Great location and very nice view from the lounge. The room are big and even with additional bed it still feel spacious and comfortable. The staff especially called Linh..was so friendly and very informative. She helped us to arrange for a transport with a reasonable price to glass bridge and keep on updating us about the weather and when is the right time to go to Fansipan. Thank you Linh for your great hospitality. I hope in future you will be able to bring your mom to travel too."

SaPa Marigold Hotel ★★★
"The hotel is situated in the very convenience position, which is only 10 minutes walk from the bus station. There is a supermarket at the corner of the street where you can buy souvenirs etc. This hotel has five storeys and is equipped with two lifts. Hot water supply is good. The room is so small that it cannot accommodate the necessary furniture such as the chair. Besides, some socket outlets in the room are out of order."

Valley View Homestay ★★★
"The scenery was absolutely stunning, and it was close to the city center. The staff were also very friendly. However, the sheets were incredibly dirty, and the soundproofing was terrible. I was woken up in the middle of the night; you could hear everything the neighbors were doing—spitting or coughing. Cleanliness and soundproofing are the most basic requirements for a hotel; if these two things aren't done well, nothing else matters. Sorry."
