Azure Sapa Hotel ★★★★
"Azure Sapa Hotel has one of the better locations I found while planning my whole trip, despite reviews from others to book a better and luxury ones in the Sa Pa centre. We chose somewhere that is slightly further away from the city centre. The staff in Azure Sapa Hotel were very patient with us when we reached early and told us rooms would be ready before afternoon starts so we could have a rest, they were always smiling and nodding their head as a sign of respect when we enter the hotel. The views from the room were exceptional, we could see the sunrise, clouds and mountains when we woke up during our trip (provided you travel there at the the fortunate period). The only thing that needs to be improved would be the air-conditioning unit that keeps turning on and off during out stay where we have to change the mode to get the room cool."
Hotel Sapa Square Affiliated by Melia ★★★★
Set in a stunning French colonial building right on the main square, the property offers spacious rooms, a sky bar with spectacular views, and a spa, all just steps from Sapa Cathedral and Sun Plaza.
Phuong Nam Hotel ★★
Within a five‑minute walk of Sun Plaza and Sapa Station, this hotel boasts stunning mountain views from its balconies and rooftop, along with a sauna, a billiards room, and attentive staff.
Azalea Sapa Hotel ★★★★
"It was a bit inconvenient that there wasn't always staff on-site. However, I was very satisfied with the friendly service, the good value-for-money bedroom, and the laundry service. The breakfast was decent."
Pao's Sapa Leisure Hotel ★★★★★
"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Wonderful service, environment and overall a great and wonderful stay. Hotel also provides wonderful breakfast and services for private car, which made it easier and safer to travel to the POI that are further away, like heavens gate and etc."
Sapa Yen Hotel ★★★
"I'm so thankful for the staff who took care of us on our stay from 14-17 December 2025. In particular I want to thank staff (Huong? I'm sorry if I am butchering your name) a lady who very kindly assisted us with a personal matter. Taking trouble and going the extra mile to make our stay safe, pleasant and enjoyable ☺️ The restaurant staff were also very friendly and accommodating. It was the first time we ate at a restaurant as a group and all orders were hits with not one miss. Only thing to mar the stay would be a leaking pipe in the bidet that soaked our floor mats but staff were quick to provide a stop gap to ensure our stay remained pleasant."
Sapa Village Hotel ★★★★
"No elevator go through all 8 floors. People over 40 shouldn't stay there."
Sapa Chill Retreat ★★★
"Is clean and good Breakfast is simple but nice The room and house is spacious The staff is helpful enough Shower water pump is strong Just got hill road to walk up a bit tiring"
Silk Path Grand Sapa Resort & Spa ★★★★★
"From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded all my expectations from luxurious rooms, elegant décor, plush bedding, and calming tones made for a perfect retreat. The room was spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony was speechless. Well-equipped wellness amenities, a serene spa with hot and cold jacuzzi, a huge steam room, sauna and a refreshing heated swimming pool over looking the mountains. What truly set this stay apart was the hotel’s client ambassador Ms Alissa, a genuinely attentive professional who acted like a personal concierge throughout my stay who provides proactive updates on local tourist conditions and attend to my needs be it arranging for high tea and booking of spa services. Each day, I received timely briefings on weather patterns and conditions at nearby tourist spots. This insightful information helped me plan my outings with confidence. Last but not least, the GM, Steven Tan was so warm, ensuring the guest are comfortable during breakfast time. He is from Singapore by the way and had been running the resort for 8 years. Great job Steven!! My overall experience (Excellent) The hotel’s ambiance was welcoming and polished striking the ideal balance between luxury and comfort. The facilities made it easy to unwind, stay active, and explore the tourist place with confidence. The client ambassador’s attentive, almost personal-concierge approach elevated the stay from excellent to unforgettable. I left with wonderful memories and a strong sense of having experienced truly thoughtful hospitality and will surely come back again later this year to explore places that I have did not visit."

Lady Hill Sapa Resort
"This is a really outstanding hotel. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms and communal areas feel modern and well maintained. You can use great facilities in the spa area such as heated pools and sauna rooms for free. One of the things that really stood out to me was the cleanliness of my room and the entire hotel. This is the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in and the overall atmosphere created is perfect for relaxing without any worries. Attached pictures include the mountain view from my room and one of the breakfasts I had whilst staying here."
JK Sapa Homestay & Swimming Pool
"Glad you liked it! The hotel view really can make the whole stay feel special — especially when you get a skyline, ocean, mountain, or rooftop view. Which hotel was it?"
Eco Palms House - Sapa Retreat
"I had a wonderful two-night stay here. What impressed me most was how the staff were always smiling and attentive. The food was delicious, and the interior design was very charming. Although it was a bit far from town and there were some insects, neither was a big issue. I think it's a great place to enjoy Sapa's nature!"
JOVILLE HOTEL SAPA
"We’re staying for three nights and third night we’ve power outages and no air conditioning no back up generator, no information from hotel staff and only backup generators for hotel reception area, not for the customers. Next morning I asked one of the next door customer, they told me they had to moved to another hotel for that night 😢 and organised by hotel staff but not for us. When I check out I have to ask for compensation for that night and they apologised and gave a little bit of money back. Not happy at all. Even dirty air condition and mouldy ceiling in my room."

"This family-run hotel is bright, clean and close to everything ( the night market, the main area, and SAPA station are all walkable. ) Two of the male staff speak good English, and you can use what’s app to contact them. They always give quick responses. You can rent motorbikes, do the laundry, book bus tickets and so on at the front desk and they offer decent prices. All the staff are very welcoming, polite and helpful. They even offer us an early check-in because we take the night bus. You can leave the luggages there and when the room is ready they will send you messages. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel."

"Everything was okay except it was really a balcony per say. It's just a door that opens to face the opposite road. Balcony is suppose to be able to walk out and enjoy the view."
