PPamela & Michael TongHad a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family of 8. Booked 2 villas and the experience is excellent. Guest service is great, the facilities and rooms are very well maintained, although the gym room could be better equipped with more machines.
I have to commend the GM, Mr Steven Tan, as is very detailed and hands on. Saw him cooking at the egg station due to manpower shortage, then he was at the front office receiving guests and sending off guest, even hold up umbrellas for guests disembarking from tour buses during rainy days. Very hands on and very willing to pull up his sleeves and help out. Rarity for a General Manager. One of our villas door lock was having issues and he came to apologize personally and explained the issue with the locks...turns out the wet weather in Sapa wreaks havoc on the digital locks.
Restauarnts serves very good Italian and Vietnamese cuisine, which is why we ended up having 2 dinners in the hotels during our 3 nights stay in Sapa.
Wonderful experience and we will definitely come back to Silk Path whenever we come back to Sapa. And because of this experience, I will definitely try out the Silk Path hotels in Hanoi in my next business trips. Kudos to Mr Steven Tan and his team.

GGuest UserMy wife and I are travelers from Germany. We booked our stay easily through an app with a reasonable price. The room was fully equipped, clean, and very comfortable — the bed was cozy and the bathroom was spotless. It is definitely suitable for international guests. The staff were friendly, professional, and well-trained. The hotel owners are a lovely couple — very polite, attentive, and welcoming.
We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Due to a change in our travel plan, we arrived early in the morning (around 6 a.m.) by overnight bus from Hanoi. I asked the reception about early check-in, and the hotel kindly arranged a room change for us with a reasonable additional fee. I truly appreciated this flexibility.
The hotel also offers massage services on the lower floor, motorbike rentals (both automatic and manual), and can help arrange tickets for Fansipan and the glass bridge at slightly better prices.
I’m happy to share this great experience with everyone. Thank you very much, Glow Hotel Sapa!

Tôi và vợ tôi là khách du lịch đến từ Đức. Chúng tôi đã đặt phòng qua app rất đơn giản, giá cả hợp lý. Phòng ở đầy đủ tiện nghi, sạch sẽ, giường ngủ rất êm và nhà tắm cực kỳ sạch, rất phù hợp cho khách quốc tế. Nhân viên làm việc thân thiện, chuyên nghiệp và rất bài bản. Hai vợ chồng chủ khách sạn cũng vô cùng lịch sự, chu đáo và dễ mến.
Chúng tôi ở 3 ngày 2 đêm. Do thay đổi kế hoạch, chúng tôi đi xe bus đêm từ Hà Nội lên Sa Pa và đến nơi lúc khoảng 6 giờ sáng. Tôi đã hỏi lễ tân về việc check-in sớm và rất may mắn là khách sạn đã sắp xếp kịp thời cho chúng tôi đổi phòng với một khoản phụ phí hợp lý. Tôi thực sự rất hài lòng.
Khách sạn còn có dịch vụ massage ở tầng dưới, dịch vụ thuê xe máy (xe ga hoặc xe số). Ngoài ra, khách sạn cũng hỗ trợ mua vé Fansipan và vé cầu kính với giá tốt hơn một chút so với bên ngoài.
Tôi xin chia sẻ trải nghiệm rất tích cực này đến mọi người. Cảm ơn Glow Hotel Sapa rất nhiều!

GGuest UserWas a nice isolated spot away from the hustle bustle of the city. The place is incredibly modern and clean. Breakfast was great and had a good time chilling by the swimming pool. There was a nice sauna as well. Takes about 5-10 mins from the city in a car. There’s shuttle provided as well by the hotel. Breathtaking views. Highly recommend it

Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent.
Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍

Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster.
Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it.
The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below.
Negatives:
Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed.
Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck.
The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead.
Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound.
Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

GGuest UserRoom is big and clean, breakfast taste good, nearby by Sun Plaza which is abt 10 mins walk.
The service of restaurant is very good and the manager is meticulous. Surprisingly a simple dish fried rice also taste very good but the fish was bit undercooked.
Infinity pool is cool pity that the weather was too cold, couldn't enjoy the infinity pool.
Massage skill is not very good, miscommunication between the reception and spa caused me wasting time (first time the receptionist told me ok to go at a timing but in fact fully booked, wasted my trip down and waited for 15 mins while nobody was around at the reception of spa; second time the masseur was late for almost 25 minutes)
The masseur was having cough but did not wear mask.

YYeh YI would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise.
From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful.
The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations.
On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable.
We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

-The homestay has motorbike for rent
-Great hot shower
-Even the room didn't have hot air conditioning, they have bed warming device to keep you warm under the blanket
Cons:
-The place is located on high ground uphill, recommend you get a bike
-Water dropping from the pipe above in the toilet, I was staying at first floor
-The ceiling isn't soundproof, you can hear your neighbor talking and opening door from above.

DDeeeeengdongIt’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult.
However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^
I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three.
I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.

We had a lovely stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel! The location is perfect—close to everything you need in Sapa like shops, transport, and local spots, but tucked away just enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the tourist crowds.
A highlight of our stay was the newly opened restaurant downstairs, Taste of Vietnam. The food was excellent—truly one of the best in town—and Mr. Tim, the owner, is incredibly kind, humble, and accommodating.
The hotel staff were also amazing. Special thanks to Andy, who was always helpful, polite, and spoke English very well. He made our stay even more comfortable with his assistance and warm hospitality.
The room itself was great value for money. The water heater and water pressure were both excellent—something we truly appreciated after a long day of exploring.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapa!
