GGuest UserFrom the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded all my expectations from luxurious rooms, elegant décor, plush bedding, and calming tones made for a perfect retreat. The room was spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony was speechless. Well-equipped wellness amenities,  a serene spa with hot and cold jacuzzi, a huge steam room, sauna and a refreshing heated swimming pool over looking the mountains.  What truly set this stay apart was the hotel’s client ambassador Ms Alissa, a genuinely attentive professional who acted like a personal concierge throughout my stay who provides proactive updates on local tourist conditions and attend to my needs be it arranging for high tea and booking of spa services.  Each day, I received timely briefings on weather patterns and conditions at nearby tourist spots. This insightful information helped me plan my outings with confidence. Last but not least, the GM, Steven Tan was so warm, ensuring the guest are comfortable during breakfast time. He is from Singapore by the way and had been running the resort for 8 years. Great job Steven!! My overall experience (Excellent) The hotel’s ambiance was welcoming and polished striking the ideal balance between luxury and comfort. The facilities made it easy to unwind, stay active, and explore the tourist place with confidence. The client ambassador’s attentive, almost personal-concierge approach elevated the stay from excellent to unforgettable. I left with wonderful memories and a strong sense of having experienced truly thoughtful hospitality and will surely come back again later this year to explore places that I have did not visit.

GGuest UserThe hotel is nice and beautiful, with great views, comfortable rooms, and a good breakfast. Unfortunately, it was cloudy for all three days of our stay, so we didn't get to enjoy the views. There were a few issues that somewhat spoiled the trip. The heated pool is only indoors, and even then it wasn't warm enough to be comfortable. The outdoor pool was cold, making it impossible to swim. The saunas are separate for men and women, but you have to switch them on yourself and wait for them to heat up. There's a salt room, but access to it, as well as the warmer jacuzzis (which are also separate), costs extra. On our last day, the main pool was out of order altogether. I also wasn't pleased that despite requesting a quiet room when booking, and even though there were many empty rooms, there was a speaker right outside our window playing music from about 7 AM until almost 11 PM (thankfully it was calm music), even though no one was outside. I had to call reception and ask them to turn it off. They did, but then a staff member came to our room for an additional check, which was inconvenient as we had already gone to bed. Furthermore, the rooms and the entire hotel were quite cold; the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted to a higher temperature. The double bed was two single beds pushed together. We had dinner at the restaurant. The food was ordinary, like everywhere else, but overpriced. Plus, it didn't include taxes and service charges, so the bill ended up being 15-20% higher. We were granted early check-in, but we had to pay half the room rate for it, and it didn't include breakfast. In summary, the hotel doesn't live up to its advertised price and star rating.

JJM travelsPositives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

AAnonymous UserWe really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful (especially Dua Lipa, she’s an absolute gem). Check-in and check-out were smooth. We had to change room as we booked different type of rooms for day 1 and day 2. The tranfer was smooth as we were out the whole day and the bags were moved to our new room. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast spread was good too with fresh fruits and fresh breads. Location was perfect - right smack in the center, close to the train station to Fansipan as well as meeting point for our tours. Easy to catch a taxi, near eateries. Excellent hotel to stay while in Sa Pa.

GGuest UserRoom is big and clean, breakfast taste good, nearby by Sun Plaza which is abt 10 mins walk. The service of restaurant is very good and the manager is meticulous. Surprisingly a simple dish fried rice also taste very good but the fish was bit undercooked. Infinity pool is cool pity that the weather was too cold, couldn't enjoy the infinity pool. Massage skill is not very good, miscommunication between the reception and spa caused me wasting time (first time the receptionist told me ok to go at a timing but in fact fully booked, wasted my trip down and waited for 15 mins while nobody was around at the reception of spa; second time the masseur was late for almost 25 minutes) The masseur was having cough but did not wear mask.

YYeh YI would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

YYeonny LowThe hotel allows early check-in at around 7:00 AM with an additional charge of 500,000 VND for 2 rooms (a family room for 4 people and a twin bed room for 2 people), which I find acceptable. There is a large terrace shared by three rooms. The elevator starts from the first floor, so you need to walk up one flight of stairs before taking the lift. The rooms are well-equipped; however, there is no creamer or sugar provided for coffee and tea. The twin bed room has direct access to the terrace, but the door does not have a lock. This feels a bit unsafe, although nothing unpleasant happened during our stay. The hotel is located in Sapa town, directly opposite Sun Plaza. However, the road leading to the hotel is very steep, so going up and down can be quite tiring and leaves you a bit breathless 😂. Our booking included breakfast. Breakfast is menu-based ordering, the food is good, and you can order two drinks (as the cups are small). Check-out time is 12:00 PM. After checking out, we needed to stay around the hotel as our van transfer only arrived at 6:30 PM to take us from Sapa town to Lao Cai Railway Station. Our train departed at 9:30 PM.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in a strategic location, within an 10 minute walking distance (upslope is expected) of the Sapa Station (Sun plaza). The room is spacious, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The shower has strong water pressure and a stable temperature. The staff were extremely helpful. They can speak English very well. The hotel breakfast has different selections and live stations (eg., fried egg, omelette, pho noodle). They served the breakfast from 6.30am to 9.30am at 5th floor, which is next to the hotel lobby. We got a mountain view room and you can really see the nice view when there is not foggy. We don’t hear any noise from the street and the environmental within the hotel is quiet and peaceful. We arrived at Sapa in the early morning (6am) and there is no room available for check-in. Therefore, we waited until 12pm and it was lucky that the staff allowing us early check in without extra charges. I also put a remark that it’s my husband birthday and the staff prepared a waffle cake and send to our room once we have checked in. Appreciated for the special arrangement and I would sincerely thank you the staff who really attentive to every notes from the guests. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel because of its clean environment, great hospitality, and friendly staff.

DDeeeeengdongIt’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult. However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^ I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three. I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.

RRaurenAll I can say is that this hotel is one of the best! It’s very affordable, but they still offer a great breakfast buffet with both Vietnamese and American options. You can even choose how you want your scrambled eggs cooked, which is a nice touch.✨ The staff are very friendly, and they clean your room every day, change the towels, and refill the tissues. The standard room doesn’t have air conditioning has electric fan, but honestly, Sa Pa is very cold, so you don’t really need it, maybe just air conditioning heater. The bed already has a heater, which keeps you warm and comfortable but still cold asf hahaha but again Sapa if very cold tbh!!! This hotel definitely deserves great feedback. I’m from the Philippines, and I really enjoyed staying here. You can even see the train from the hotel, and they also have pools. Plus, it’s only a 5-minute walk to Vietrekking Coffee Shop and you can walk going to Sun Plaza too!😍 Will go back here soon! 😍 Thank you, Joville! They have also hair blower, iron for the clothes you can ask, hot/cold showers!🥰
