"Nice clean room. Comfy beds but the pillows are too thick. Elevator is good. Good bathroom. Decent location with a supermarket at the corner and lots of places to eat. 4 blocks away from the main hustle area but you will get quiet at night to sleep. Brother and sister owned and run. They rent motorbikes but the bikes are small and have no phone holders. Rent 125cc automatic Hondas and Yamahas with good phone holders from the family run Massage place right next door. They give outstanding massages also and woman speaks fluent English and can help you solve any problem."

轻轻度过Beautiful, peaceful location. Perfect stay for a family vacation - we had a wide age range with young children (2 and 5) and a senior (70) in our travel group. Booked the family connecting rooms. Views from the room balconies were stunning. Everyone had a great time. Staff was incredibly accommodating - both kids got sick in the car on the way up and we were able to send everything including the car seat covers to laundry when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious, room service was fast and tasty too. They have a shuttle service, but we just called taxis through Grab (~$2 one-way). Got an indulgent foot massage at Chi Spa. Only regret, wished we stayed an extra night! Would recommend with young kids to pack extra snacks and shelf stable milk as there’s no market or bodega nearby.

JJM travelsPositives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

TTototunVery artsy hotel with art deco(?) details and style. Surprisingly, this hotel was built not so long ago. The decor had me fooled. haha. Room was pretty small, my room type had inward facing balcony with glass sliding doors. Pretty annoying as guests walking the elevator corridor could see into your rooms. Welcome drink was a hot choco! Breakfast hall was huge and pretty, with varied options. Tasted so-so tho (pretty disappointed with the taste, but the view and the interior was eye-pleasing so there's that). Coffee was good as always (you're in Vietnam!). Tried out their bar (Absinthe), which was listed as 'award-winning' or Asia's Top XX Bar (forget by which platform) to be disappointed with the drink collection. Cocktails were subpar at best. The hotel offers discounted VIP pass tickets to the Sunworld Fansipan area, you can purchase it at the front desk. Indoor pool was pretty but very humid (its a warm water pool). Directly connected to the Sapa Station, near shops and eateries. Pretty far from the actual Sapa market (Cho) and the lake. Overall an ok stay.

GGuest UserOverall, the stay was very pleasant. The view from the room's window, with the miniature train passing by, was a delightful surprise, especially for railway enthusiasts or those looking to experience the local atmosphere. The location is incredibly convenient, not far from the main street and the train station, making it easy to get around on foot or by other means. It offers just the right amount of amenities. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the food is quite palatable. It's perfectly fine for a simple breakfast to refuel. The minor drawback is that if you shower late in the evening, the hot water temperature can be a bit insufficient. Given Sa Pa's cooler weather, you might shiver a little after showering. I'd suggest showering earlier or for the hotel to improve the hot water consistency. Overall, it was still a comfortable stay. The location and window view are definitely worth it. If the hot water issue could be resolved, it would be even better.

LLTWanIf you need a break before taking the G8 sleeper bus, this hotel is highly recommended. It's conveniently located right next to the G8 bus stop. We stayed there last-minute due to the rain. The rooms have a retro design with a touch of Sabah style. The hotel features many lotus-themed decorations. The staff is friendly. While the breakfast options are limited, everything else is decent. Luggage storage is also available, which is safer than leaving your luggage with others at the bus stop.

GGuest UserSuch a beautiful hotel! It was really pretty when the fog cleared!! But the location is a bit disappointing (I can't help it...) I thought I was going to the other world when I took a taxi from downtown late at night and drove through the fogㅠ But everyone was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was especially so delicious that I had to buy the beans!

FF**EPretty basic Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. If you're here for the View, then yes you get a pretty good view. On a clear day, you'll see beautiful rolling hills. On the day that we checked out, it was a misty day (winter), and it's interesting to see the clouds of mist literally rolling in and obliterating all view past 100m. The hotel itself is relatively clean although, as I've noticed as a second time now, the drinking cups are not washed. I brought soap powder and sponge with me, so I was able to clean the kettle and cups. The quadruple room we booked was fairly spacious, with a tiny balcony for the view. Linen smells nice. Sink was a little choked. Floor was slightly dusty, but maybe it's because there is construction going on next door. Which was a real bummer. We came in early Dec 2025, and the building meant incessant drilling and hammering just next door, all day long. We were hoping for a serene stay but the noise was a real disappointment. Otherwise, it's fair value for money if you're on a budget and you want a view. Location wise, it's a 15min uphill walk to town along very narrow walkways shared with vehicle traffic, but it's not a bad walk. Food is easily available, and I highly recommend egg coffee :)

YYeh YI would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

AAthaliaThe hotel is just 2 minutes walk from Sun Plaza. The owner so friendly. The hotel kind of old but it was clean and no weird smell. The lady owner made us good breakfast. There was laundry service 40.000dong per kilo (6hours). Minimarket just right beside the hotel.

DDeeeeengdongIt’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult. However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^ I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three. I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.
