"Excellent hotel. The views are breathtaking. The room has a designer layout, is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with air conditioning. You do have to climb stairs to get to the hotel, but it's totally worth it. The hotel staff helps with luggage both up and down. You can check in early for a small fee if you arrive in Sapa by night bus. The best hotel throughout my entire trip to Vietnam. 100 out of 10!"

Amazing
GGuest UserWe stayed here for 3 nights, and it was a really nice experience. The room is super comfortable, and during the cold weather, having an electric blanket was a great plus to keep us warm. They also offer free water refills.
The property has a restaurant where the food is incredibly tasty, with generous portions, so you don’t really need to go elsewhere to satisfy your appetite.
I highly recommend staying here, outside Sapa center, to experience the tranquility of a calm little village. It’s also worth mentioning that there are plenty of places nearby to eat, drink, and visit bakeries.
AAnonymous UserWe lived in this homestay two nights. When we arrived we were offered two rooms for choice - one on the second floor of the main building, with a panoramic window, but without a private bathroom, the second one - in a separate house without a panoramic view, but with a private bathroom. Since we were with a little child, we chose a room with our own saloon, naively believing that a separate house would be quieter. The house is standing by the road, noise is bad because there are lots of rifts and the cars are highly gasping in the roller after a sharp turn. In the main building on the evenings the hostess carries out a show, after which it offers living guests to sing in karaoke, with microphones and a powerful column ... On the first evening the people who want to sing did not find, and at 9 p.m. the sounds from the main building ended. And on the second evening the new company turned out to be singing and drinking, and they noiseed up to 22:30 ... So those who are ready to participate in the evening fun - there is fun, and those who choose this place for silence - may have to listen to karaoke, And if you sleep in a house at the road, then also the noise of the machines ...
The species are certainly amazing!
Breakfasts are good, some dishes were served free! But about us for some reason often forgotten (we came ourselves without a guide, and booked accommodation themselves, and the owners apparently pay attention to groups of tourists who are led by the tour, which is in general logical).
From the living there were flies, mosquitoes, butterflies, spiders, and one huge spider (I don't know how dangerous, but unpleasant, and whether the net over the bed is unknown).
GGuest UserI had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and the service was top-notch. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome from the start. My room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well-maintained.
The amenities included free Wi-Fi, which was super convenient. They also offer a complimentary breakfast, which was decent — nothing extraordinary, but it got the job done. While I didn’t explore all the amenities, the ones I used were great.
The only minor thing to mention is that the building itself might look a little dated in some areas, but honestly, it didn’t affect the overall experience. Everything else was great!
Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
VViki Naidu⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Service — Highly Recommended!
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, humble, and helpful. They assisted us with booking tickets and even gave great Grab recommendations, which made our trip much easier.
I was also celebrating my friend’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond by helping with the decorations and getting a cake ready — such a thoughtful gesture! Even when I arrived early, they kindly allowed me to check in without any hassle.
Overall, the service was super nice, and the staff made us feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel — everyone can stay here with confidence!
CCsaFeThe hotel staff are nice and helpful. The location is central, but unfortunately, there are two bars/night clubs just opposite the hotel, which will blast loud music until 2am. I first stayed on the top floor in a room with a balcony, and it was simply impossible to sleep, it was really like trying to sleep in the middle of a night club. They moved me to a different floor, and it was a little better, but you could still hear the party - just below your balcony.
I booked a tour and a bus ticket with the hotel, which was nice, and the price was OK.
(This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the tour was terrible, it was raining heavily all day long, we could not see anything at all, and the difficult climbing in rubber boots resulted in very bad bruises to my toes - extremely painful, and heals for months and months.)
Kkeomakara hoengI love staying at Anh Tu Hotel. The room is big and very clean with two big comfortable beds and a huge bathroom. On top of that the service is incredible awesome. They assist us in booking tour ticket and sleeping bus to Halong. Especially, he offer us free shower after checking out. We find the people of Sapa, particularly the hotel operators have shown us more than the scenic view of mountains and rice terraces, but also kind and welcoming local people. We’re sure that we will come back to Sapa and stay at the same hotel in a short future.
GGuest UserThe place does look like the picture but very old and used. If you come during winter it’s a bit cold but thanks to the ac you can warm the room. The isolation is poor so you will ear cars passing. But the location is good and the accomodations ok.
HHafizuddeenStaff is very friendly and easy to communicate because she is very fluent in English. We book for 2 single beds but the hotel upgrade the room to 2 queen beds and we are very happy to sleep with the cold weather. Definitely will repeat this hotel because the location also very stratergic and near to Sun Plaza and others attraction.
GGuest UserHad a great time staying.Staffs were wonderful, warm and friendly although there was a bit of language barrier they try to communicate at their best ,google translate could be very useful as well.Location is very good, its at the back of Vietrekking cafe and restaurant.-very strategic to those who would want to take pictures from the passing funicular train.A 10-15mins walk to Sapa Center.Free breakfast served at 0800AM staff would ask your preferences.A very cozy and relaxing place if you would want a chill ambiance.Thank you for the staff who let us stay while waiting for our bus pick up despite we checked out at 12NN.Recommended to solo, couples or families.
GGuest UserWe stayed here while in Sapa. It's an affordable hotel for the price, and the location is convenient. The owner is friendly and helpful, and you can rent a scooter from him for cheaper than the guys renting around the corner.
The room was cold, and there was no air conditioning. It's clear the room hasn't been renovated in a long time, but all the furniture was intact.
Because it's a tourist street, there are many shops, bars, and karaoke places that operate until 3-4 AM. If peace and quiet are important to you, I wouldn't recommend staying here.
