⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Service — Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, humble, and helpful. They assisted us with booking tickets and even gave great Grab recommendations, which made our trip much easier. I was also celebrating my friend’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond by helping with the decorations and getting a cake ready — such a thoughtful gesture! Even when I arrived early, they kindly allowed me to check in without any hassle. Overall, the service was super nice, and the staff made us feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel — everyone can stay here with confidence!

We arrived at SA PA early at 4:30 in the morning, so we had to pay 200,000 VND for early check-in. This is the same rule. No problem. The room was very good, very clean and comfortable. There is an elevator, so it is very good. The problem is that the old model is a water heater. The sputum can be washed for 25 minutes. If the hot water is used up by the previous person, you have to wait for the water to heat up before you can take a bath. Otherwise, it is very cold. It is convenient to go anywhere in the hotel. From the hotel point to the hotel, you can see the lake. Then go all the way through the city, then to SA PA station. Go to FansIPAN. There is a SAPA STORY restaurant nearby, and go forward is CAT CAT VILLAGE

I love staying at Anh Tu Hotel. The room is big and very clean with two big comfortable beds and a huge bathroom. On top of that the service is incredible awesome. They assist us in booking tour ticket and sleeping bus to Halong. Especially, he offer us free shower after checking out. We find the people of Sapa, particularly the hotel operators have shown us more than the scenic view of mountains and rice terraces, but also kind and welcoming local people. We’re sure that we will come back to Sapa and stay at the same hotel in a short future.

Firstly, the staff are friendly and helpful, you can be put in touch with a good driver for transport, book fansipan mount and just ask them for more info. The rates are inexpensive so it is fair value. Better heating would be nice, it was just adequate on what was a cold week with temperatures of 8-11 degress celcius, which was unseasonal. There are restaurants, cafes, atm's and a laundry all just minutes away at most. If you want a budget stay or last minute booking as it was for me, it was the right place. The views from the balcony to your door was rasther nice.

Homestay Signature by D Home SaPa mang lại cho mình một trải nghiệm rất dễ chịu và đáng nhớ. Không gian được thiết kế tinh tế, vừa hiện đại vừa ấm cúng, đặc biệt là view nhìn ra núi cực kỳ “chill”, sáng sớm mở cửa là thấy sương mù bao phủ rất thơ. Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, decor xinh xắn nên chụp góc nào cũng đẹp. Chủ nhà và nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình hỗ trợ từ lúc check-in đến khi rời đi. Điểm cộng lớn là không khí yên tĩnh, rất hợp để nghỉ dưỡng và “reset” lại năng lượng. Nếu có dịp quay lại SaPa, mình vẫn sẽ chọn nơi này

We just got shock when they open the room even we are not there. Hotel location is good as its near in Sapa Square and Station. Staff are also nice. Our 1st day breakfast is bread and egg only. They dont estimate their guests. All in all. 3.5/5

Staff is very friendly and easy to communicate because she is very fluent in English. We book for 2 single beds but the hotel upgrade the room to 2 queen beds and we are very happy to sleep with the cold weather. Definitely will repeat this hotel because the location also very stratergic and near to Sun Plaza and others attraction.

I didn't find the room very clean: hair presence in some places and toilet cuvette badly cleaned. The bathroom has no bathroom, no receptioner, no shower pad, which makes the floor completely wet after use. To have hot water, it is necessary to activate the heating-water via a switch, which is not indicated. Had a great time staying.Staffs were wonderful,warm and friendly although there was a bit of language barrier they try to communicate at their best ,google translate could be very useful as well.Location is very good,its at the back of Vietrekking cafe and restaurant.-very strategic to those who would want to take pictures from the passing funicular train.A 10-15mins walk to Sapa Center.Free breakfast served at 0800AM staff would ask your preferences.A very cozy and relaxing place if you would want a chill ambiance.Thank you for the staff who let us stay while waiting for our bus pick up despite we checked out at 12NN.Recommended to solo,couples or families.
