2-Star Hotels in Sapa

Why have a bathtub in the room that I can't even use, because the window directly faces the common terrace? It feels like being in a zoo, with guests and staff peering in through the window. There's absolutely no privacy. The shower hose was leaking, and although they tightened it the next day, it still dripped. The staff are great, always helpful, and communication via WhatsApp was always available. The view from the hotel (from the common areas) is beautiful, but not from my window, unfortunately. The hotel itself is very beautiful and located on a hill, so some might find the climb challenging. There's no mini-bar.

The hotel staff are nice and helpful. The location is central, but unfortunately, there are two bars/night clubs just opposite the hotel, which will blast loud music until 2am. I first stayed on the top floor in a room with a balcony, and it was simply impossible to sleep, it was really like trying to sleep in the middle of a night club. They moved me to a different floor, and it was a little better, but you could still hear the party - just below your balcony. I booked a tour and a bus ticket with the hotel, which was nice, and the price was OK. (This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the tour was terrible, it was raining heavily all day long, we could not see anything at all, and the difficult climbing in rubber boots resulted in very bad bruises to my toes - extremely painful, and heals for months and months.)

They assisted us with booking tickets and even gave great Grab recommendations, which made our trip much easier. I was also celebrating my friend’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond by helping with the decorations and getting a cake ready — such a thoughtful gesture! Even when I arrived early, they kindly allowed me to check in without any hassle. Overall, the service was super nice, and the staff made us feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel — everyone can stay here with confidence!

We arrived at SA PA early at 4:30 in the morning, so we had to pay 200,000 VND for early check-in. This is the same rule. No problem. The room was very good, very clean and comfortable. There is an elevator, so it is very good. The problem is that the old model is a water heater. The sputum can be washed for 25 minutes. If the hot water is used up by the previous person, you have to wait for the water to heat up before you can take a bath. Otherwise, it is very cold. It is convenient to go anywhere in the hotel. From the hotel point to the hotel, you can see the lake. Then go all the way through the city, then to SA PA station. Go to FansIPAN. There is a SAPA STORY restaurant nearby, and go forward is CAT CAT VILLAGE

I love staying at Anh Tu Hotel. The room is big and very clean with two big comfortable beds and a huge bathroom. On top of that the service is incredible awesome. They assist us in booking tour ticket and sleeping bus to Halong. Especially, he offer us free shower after checking out. We find the people of Sapa, particularly the hotel operators have shown us more than the scenic view of mountains and rice terraces, but also kind and welcoming local people. We’re sure that we will come back to Sapa and stay at the same hotel in a short future.

Không gian được thiết kế tinh tế, vừa hiện đại vừa ấm cúng, đặc biệt là view nhìn ra núi cực kỳ “chill”, sáng sớm mở cửa là thấy sương mù bao phủ rất thơ. Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, decor xinh xắn nên chụp góc nào cũng đẹp. Chủ nhà và nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình hỗ trợ từ lúc check-in đến khi rời đi. Điểm cộng lớn là không khí yên tĩnh, rất hợp để nghỉ dưỡng và “reset” lại năng lượng. Nếu có dịp quay lại SaPa, mình vẫn sẽ chọn nơi này

Staff is very friendly and easy to communicate because she is very fluent in English. We book for 2 single beds but the hotel upgrade the room to 2 queen beds and we are very happy to sleep with the cold weather. Definitely will repeat this hotel because the location also very stratergic and near to Sun Plaza and others attraction.

Objectively speaking, the hotel is very general. At that time, I wanted to find a hotel on the lakeside to see the calm lake. It is indeed the lake opposite. The hotel is too old. I am sorry for the title of four stars. It is possible that this foreigner likes this retro. Mainly the price issue, personally think that it is not worthwhile to choose this hotel. The next night, I found a hotel with 80 yuan next to it, which is better than this facility. The hotel has more than 240 hotels. The only difference is that I can't see the lake! So the benevolent sees the wise and sees wisdom! For a long time, I suddenly came to the hotel, so I remind you by the way.

Great place, considering it was one of the cheapest options in Sapa. You get what you pay for. So the amenities are not the most clean, as expected from the hostel. Smack dab in the middle of the town, very convenient. Hence the name, haha. The female dorm has it's own bathroom with the shower, as well as another one on the floor. So there are no lines for the bathroom. Even though it's close to the main road and traffic in Vietnam requires constant honking the room felt really quiet, which is great. When I checked in there was no one on the reception so the note said to check in, choose the bed and text the owner. Which is very chill. The bedsheets were not the cleanest, with some tissues tucked behind, crumbs and hair, so I tried to choose the cleanest bed. And I would recommend to bring your own tissues/toilet paper, since there wasn't any. Overall, exactly as expected, convenient location, chill owner.

Had a great time staying.Staffs were wonderful,warm and friendly although there was a bit of language barrier they try to communicate at their best ,google translate could be very useful as well.Location is very good,its at the back of Vietrekking cafe and restaurant.-very strategic to those who would want to take pictures from the passing funicular train.A 10-15mins walk to Sapa Center.Free breakfast served at 0800AM staff would ask your preferences.A very cozy and relaxing place if you would want a chill ambiance.Thank you for the staff who let us stay while waiting for our bus pick up despite we checked out at 12NN.Recommended to solo,couples or families.
