Sapa Hotels with Balcony

From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded all my expectations from luxurious rooms, elegant décor, plush bedding, and calming tones made for a perfect retreat. The room was spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony was speechless. Well-equipped wellness amenities,  a serene spa with hot and cold jacuzzi, a huge steam room, sauna and a refreshing heated swimming pool over looking the mountains.  What truly set this stay apart was the hotel’s client ambassador Ms Alissa, a genuinely attentive professional who acted like a personal concierge throughout my stay who provides proactive updates on local tourist conditions and attend to my needs be it arranging for high tea and booking of spa services.  Each day, I received timely briefings on weather patterns and conditions at nearby tourist spots. This insightful information helped me plan my outings with confidence. Last but not least, the GM, Steven Tan was so warm, ensuring the guest are comfortable during breakfast time. He is from Singapore by the way and had been running the resort for 8 years. Great job Steven!! My overall experience (Excellent) The hotel’s ambiance was welcoming and polished striking the ideal balance between luxury and comfort. The facilities made it easy to unwind, stay active, and explore the tourist place with confidence. The client ambassador’s attentive, almost personal-concierge approach elevated the stay from excellent to unforgettable. I left with wonderful memories and a strong sense of having experienced truly thoughtful hospitality and will surely come back again later this year to explore places that I have did not visit.

View,amenities and politeness of the staff are superb! 🫶🏻 I had a peaceful stay :) The hotel offers tour and motorbike rental so if you’re interested you can check with them. They don’t have elevator but rest assured the staffs are going to assist you. This place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary. The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails! Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!

The hotel is in a great location, and the room was well presented, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good, offering a wide variety of both Western and Asian dishes. One of the highlights was the beautiful landscape views from the restaurant. However, I had two concerning experiences during my stay. On the third day, my key chain, which held the keys to all of my suitcases, went missing. Fortunately, nothing was stolen. I also encountered an issue with the in-room safe: the code I had set worked when I first locked my valuables inside, but later it would no longer open the safe. Again, nothing was missing once the issue was resolved. I have been travelling for nearly two months, staying in multiple hotels across three other countries, and I have never had belongings go missing or experienced any problems with a hotel safe before. I can't say what caused these incidents, but they were certainly unsettling. That said, the staff were supportive and did their best to help resolve both issues, which I appreciated. Overall, I would recommend the hotel, but with some caution based on my experience.

If there were 10 stars, that's what I would give. It's so beautiful and the staff here are so kind. You can't say anything bad, even the transportation people are super nice. The bungalows are strategically positioned to provide splendid panoramas of the lush terraced rice fields and towering mountains that characterize the region. Each morning, I was greeted by the stunning sight of the sun rising over the hills, painting the landscape in hues of gold and green. The tranquil atmosphere surrounding the bungalows invites guests to unwind and appreciate the natural beauty that Sapa is renowned for. Comfortable Accommodations The bungalows themselves are cozy and well-appointed, providing a welcoming retreat after a day of exploration. My accommodations featured comfortable bedding, tasteful decor, and essential amenities that ensured a pleasant stay. During my stay, I embarked on a trekking tour that was organized by the staff, allowing me to discover the hidden gems of Sapa and witness the traditional lifestyles of the local communities. The experience was enriching and offered a great blend of adventure and cultural immersion. Culinary Delights Dining at D Home Sapa was another highlight of my stay. The on-site restaurant showcased a menu filled with delicious local and international dishes. Each meal I enjoyed was expertly prepared, featuring fresh and locally sourced ingredients. We had a truly fantastic stay at the Homestay. The room offered an incredibly beautiful panoramic view, and the family was super friendly. We were even invited to join them for dinner one evening and had a really fun night. The owner also offered us various tours we could book through him. The breakfast was excellent, there was hot water in the bathroom, and the duvets were nice and warm, making it perfect even on cold nights.

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

It’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult. However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^ I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three. I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.

The hotel is located on the main street right next to the market, and about 20mins walk from the town, perfect if you are a market person. Communication with the hotel is mainly via Google translate, all requests were honoured just needed a little patience and understanding when communicating with them. There's all the basic amenities you need without frills. It's definitely a bargain to get your own room with a private toilet.
