The best hotel in Sapa! Beautiful views and very friendly staff who carry and move all your luggage for you. Definitely add breakfast to your booking—there's a wide variety and the quality is great. And the room? Needless to say... it was tidied up every time we came back out, and the room condition was top-notch. They continuously provided fresh towels and bottled water. The location is also unbeatable. It's so great for getting around and exploring Sapa with ease. Make sure to buy your Fansipan tickets at the front desk too—the Wow Pass is awesome! I'd love to stay here again.

We spent two nights here. The main reason for choosing this location was to be away from the hustle and bustle of Sa Pa centre and get some rest at night. The location was exactly what I expected, but unfortunately, the room was not. On the floor we stayed on (the 4th floor; I’m not sure about the layout of the other floors), the rooms surrounded the elevator, and we could easily hear it every time it stopped on our floor and left again throughout the night. So, if you’re a light sleeper, this could be a problem. We could also hear noise from the drainage pipes at night, possibly from the floor above or due to a blockage causing slow drainage. Other than that, the hotel is new, clean, and has nice staff.

The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Although it's a bit far from the city center, the bedding was great, and I appreciated being able to shower and get ready before check-in to proceed with my schedule.

The hotel is quite remote from everything. We rented a motorbike, so the distance wasn't an issue. There's construction happening nearby. The hotel is new, everything is very clean and beautiful. The staff are excellent. We didn't swim in the pool, but I saw several people using it. Housekeeping is done daily. If you have a mountain view room, the view is fantastic. The air is clean and pleasant to breathe. It's quiet all around. A beautiful hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean. From the restaurant on the 9th floor, where breakfast is served, there's a stunning view of the valley. The breakfasts are varied and delicious – vegetables, fruits, cheese, pastries, tea, coffee, juices, hot dishes, and omelets made to order. The outdoor pool is only good for photos – beautiful but cold. There's an indoor pool, but we didn't go. It was my mother's birthday during our stay (I mentioned this to the hotel) – upon check-in, they beautifully decorated the bed and gave her a card and two cocktails. It was a lovely touch! I recommend this hotel.

I really liked this hotel. Its location is great. My room had a mountain view. The furniture in the room was good, with comfortable large beds and a big, warm duvet, which was perfect for January. We used the air conditioning for heating when it got cold. Breakfast was à la carte; you could choose two dishes and a drink. It was a very filling breakfast. My choice was fried rice with meat and fresh cucumber, and for the second dish, two fried eggs, two toasts, cheese, butter with jam, and coffee as a drink. It was delicious! I recommend choosing this hotel.

This is by far the best villa! My friends who came with me also raved about it, and we all want to come back again. The scenery, surroundings, and even the sweet potatoes we roasted in the fireplace made for such a thoughtful and wonderful trip. I definitely want to visit again next time.

Had a pleasant stay at DeLaSol Sapa Hotel, Vietnam. The hotel has an excellent location with easy access to many popular tourist attractions, making it very convenient for exploring Sapa. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and shopping spots within walking distance, so everything you need is easily accessible. Right in front of the hotel, there are many massage shops and shopping stores offering reasonable and affordable prices. A little bargaining is recommended, and you can get some really good deals! 😊 Overall, a very convenient location and a great choice for staying in Sapa. Highly recommended! 👍🇻🇳

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast every morning was delicious with a good variety of options, and we really enjoyed starting our day there. The view from the hotel was also beautiful and made our stay even more relaxing. We were especially grateful for the kind surprise of a complimentary one-night upgrade from our Superior Room to a Suite Room. It was a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. Thank you for the excellent hospitality and memorable experience. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

## Location We rented a scooter from downtown, so the location didn't feel inconveniently far. However, if you don't have a scooter, you'd constantly need to call Grab (ride-hailing), which could be quite a hassle. ## Amenities The swimming pool looked beautiful, but it was too cold to use. I didn't get to use other facilities, and my phone's international roaming didn't pick up a signal. The Wi-Fi connection was also spotty, constantly connecting and disconnecting. This might be an issue for heavy internet users, but as I didn't plan on spending much time online, it wasn't a major inconvenience for me personally. ## Service All the staff members were friendly. However, while they were polite, their friendliness wasn't particularly outstanding; it was more or less the standard level of service you'd expect at any hotel. ## Cleanliness It was exceptionally clean; absolutely spotless, with nothing to complain about. I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Sapa. While everything else was fairly standard, the view you wake up to in the morning is absolutely breathtaking. It's so incredibly beautiful it's hard to put into words. The view is truly unforgettable, and it alone makes me want to come back again.
