4-Star Hotels in Sapa

Location is superb - right behind the famous Viet trekking cafe, however, it's a steep walk up to the hotel and the road is extremely dark at night. Amenities is below expectation - shower light went bust midway of shower, balcony door could NOT BE LOCKED, entry lights could NOT BE SWITCHED OFF so we slept with the lights on. I attempted to inform the front desk during check out but he wasn't paying much attention. (at least he did apologize) Breakfast - 1st morning, we went in to restaurant on our own, no staff came to ask for room number or to sit us. 2nd morning was great, staff greeted us, sat us down and ask for our order, which we then realized we could have ordered eggs/mains from the staff. Overall it was an OK stay due to the location, but definitely would not return.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Lestar Hotel Sapa! I stayed in Room 808, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the mist rolling over the mountains made every morning feel magical. The room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What truly made this hotel special was the staff. Every single person was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. Their kindness made me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day. The location was also perfect, close enough to walk to the town center, restaurants, and attractions, while still being peaceful and quiet. Thank you to everyone at Lestar Hotel for making my stay in Sapa so memorable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful mountain town! 🌿🏔️💙

Less than 5 minute walk to Sun Plaza. Staff are accommodating and helpful. Breakfast selection is good as well. The balcony in the room is a plus. Also, the welcome fruits, snacks and drinks left in the room. Enjoyed our stay in Sapa.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The hospitality from the staff was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Special thanks to Anna at the reception for her excellent Chinese-speaking skills, which made communication very easy, and to David for his fluent English and outstanding service. Both of them were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

If there were 10 stars, that's what I would give. It's so beautiful and the staff here are so kind. You can't say anything bad, even the transportation people are super nice. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

We had a wonderful time in Azalea. The room is exactly as the advertised photos online. It’s very spacious with a good view. You can easily tell that the furnitures are new and of good quality. It’s complete with everything you need from a hotel. The best thing about Azalea is also their cleanliness both in our room and lobby area. It even smells good. I have no complaints about it. Hot shower was also easy to adjust. best hotel with good value for money. Their massage area is also affordable compared to the prices outside. Their sauna and jacuzzi area are clean and spacious. On top of this, the breakfast was really good. Pho and rice yoghurt was amazing and there were a lot of choices to choose from. The highlight of our stay was the friendly staff at the reception area (both the girl and boy). We arrived around 7am, way too early before our checkin but they immediately assisted us, allowed us to stay in the massage area and even offered us towels to have a quick shower. They were very efficient and welcoming.

It’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult. However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^ I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three. I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.

Though it's about a 15-minute drive from Sapa, the views are absolutely breathtaking, and the hotel is incredibly well-equipped. The breakfast here might just be the best I've tasted in Vietnam. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is centrally located, with food options nearby and within walking distance to Fansipan. The staff was helpful in arranging a taxi. The hotel was also clean and comfortable. However, the shower water pressure was too low, which slightly impacted the overall experience.
