My wife and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel & Sky Bar from 4–6 September. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed especially by the warmth and hospitality of the staff. A very special thank you to Wendy and Chau, who made our stay truly memorable. We arrived at around 8.30am after taking the overnight sleeper train to Sapa. As it was far too early for check-in and our room was not yet ready, they very thoughtfully offered my wife and me shower facilities so that we could freshen up before starting our day. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful welcome to Sapa. Throughout our stay, Wendy and Chau were always friendly, attentive and ready to help. They gave us excellent advice on visiting the various attractions around Sapa, including Fansipan, and helped us make the most of our time there. Our room was another highlight — beautiful, comfortable and with an amazing view overlooking the mountains. Waking up to the mountain scenery was simply unforgettable. They also helped me arrange a motorbike and gave me useful advice on how to get to the different attractions around Sapa, including the Alpine Coaster. Exploring Sapa by motorbike turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! What really makes Sapa Horizon special is its people. The genuine warmth, thoughtfulness and personal attention from Wendy and Chau made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you, Wendy, Chau and the entire Sapa Horizon team for the wonderful hospitality. You made our visit to Sapa extra special, and we would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Lestar Hotel Sapa. The three male staff at the front desk were all incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming. They always greeted us with a smile and were very helpful throughout our stay. What impressed us the most was that even after we checked out, they kindly allowed us to use the bathroom to take a shower before our journey. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us and made our trip much more comfortable. The hospitality and service here truly exceeded our expectations. Everything in the room was well-equipped and convenient. The staff were friendly, helpful, and even upgraded our room. There were many guests staying, and the breakfast offered a good variety. There's a fitness room, a swimming pool, and a bar.

You're a short, easy 5-10 minute walk to the city centre, putting major attractions and shopping within easy reach. For longer trips, cheap Grab cabs are readily available right outside. The immediate area is very practical, with a halal restaurant directly in front—perfect for a quick, delicious meal without having to travel. Service & Amenities: Thefront desk staff were genuinely nice and helpful, providing a warm welcome. A unique perk is the hotel-affiliated massage service in the next building—a major plus for unwinding after a day of sightseeing without needing to search for a reputable spa elsewhere.

The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helped me with my luggage. The breakfast, in particular, was delicious with a great variety of food. There are also many great restaurants and hair salons nearby, and you can even walk to the night market. Plus, their hot shower had a strong pump with excellent water pressure, which is something I really appreciate when staying at a hotel! 😍

Huge Thanks to the receptionist Kelvin and room boy top notch service with extra miles handling our luggage. please give both of them a big bonus this year's performance review. 7 ⭐ For the management attention, the hotel room allocated for us at building 2 was damp not fresh. 3 ⭐ only!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast every morning was delicious with a good variety of options, and we really enjoyed starting our day there. The view from the hotel was also beautiful and made our stay even more relaxing. We were especially grateful for the kind surprise of a complimentary one-night upgrade from our Superior Room to a Suite Room. It was a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. Thank you for the excellent hospitality and memorable experience. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

Really nice hotel for the price. Room was clean and big. Breakfast had a good enough variety. Located in the middle of Sapa city centre with restaurants and shops nearby. Will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Sapa

Comfortable rooms with well prepared amenities. Breakfast starts as early as 7am, can order from the menu too other than what were served. Very helpful and kind staffs, including Autumn and 2 very friendly guy staffs, who helped us to settle all the issues we encountered, helped buy fansipan tickets and helped to move our luggages. Thank you for the excellent service. Recommended for a stay in Sapa. Location is strategic too.
