DDenzel Kyaw Naing GyiWe arrived on morning but couldn’t check in yet ,that’s why I ask to the guy who is Hoan from reception what we should do? He arranged for us straight away and help to us buy the ticket for fansipan fo next day
Actually save nearly 1 million dong for 3 of us
Thank you so much Hoan from Sapa Yan hotel
And good food at breakfast and dinner
HHeyarhgraciesThis place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary.
The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails!
Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!
KK3LUI4It was a pleasant 2 day 1 night stay at this Sapa King hotel. The location was central in the middle of Sapa Town, making it easy to explore the area. A special thanks and appreciation goes to Mr. Dao, who was truly exceptional and incredibly accommodating. We are deeply grateful for his warm hospitality. He kindly allowed us an early check-in with breakfast for a minimal fee, which was a thoughtful gesture after our long sleeper bus journey. And when we checked out, he prepared us some snacks and bottled waters for us to bring along during the trip back to Hanoi. Strong recommendation to stay at this hotel when you are at Sapa.
YYeonny LowThe hotel allows early check-in at around 7:00 AM with an additional charge of 500,000 VND for 2 rooms (a family room for 4 people and a twin bed room for 2 people), which I find acceptable.
There is a large terrace shared by three rooms. The elevator starts from the first floor, so you need to walk up one flight of stairs before taking the lift.
The rooms are well-equipped; however, there is no creamer or sugar provided for coffee and tea. The twin bed room has direct access to the terrace, but the door does not have a lock. This feels a bit unsafe, although nothing unpleasant happened during our stay.
The hotel is located in Sapa town, directly opposite Sun Plaza. However, the road leading to the hotel is very steep, so going up and down can be quite tiring and leaves you a bit breathless 😂.
Our booking included breakfast. Breakfast is menu-based ordering, the food is good, and you can order two drinks (as the cups are small).
Check-out time is 12:00 PM. After checking out, we needed to stay around the hotel as our van transfer only arrived at 6:30 PM to take us from Sapa town to Lao Cai Railway Station. Our train departed at 9:30 PM.
FF**EPretty basic Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. If you're here for the View, then yes you get a pretty good view. On a clear day, you'll see beautiful rolling hills. On the day that we checked out, it was a misty day (winter), and it's interesting to see the clouds of mist literally rolling in and obliterating all view past 100m.
The hotel itself is relatively clean although, as I've noticed as a second time now, the drinking cups are not washed. I brought soap powder and sponge with me, so I was able to clean the kettle and cups.
The quadruple room we booked was fairly spacious, with a tiny balcony for the view.
Linen smells nice. Sink was a little choked. Floor was slightly dusty, but maybe it's because there is construction going on next door. Which was a real bummer. We came in early Dec 2025, and the building meant incessant drilling and hammering just next door, all day long. We were hoping for a serene stay but the noise was a real disappointment.
Otherwise, it's fair value for money if you're on a budget and you want a view. Location wise, it's a 15min uphill walk to town along very narrow walkways shared with vehicle traffic, but it's not a bad walk. Food is easily available, and I highly recommend egg coffee :)
JJazzyJauntsD home 10 Sapa was perfect for our stay in Sapa. We communicated easily prior to checking in to provide some guidance on how to locate the property (don't go to d home sapa 10 on Google maps, Matsu cafe is the correct location on maps for the hotel).
The room and view itself (provided in pictures) was phenomenal and exceeded all expectations. We generally walked to and from the property to get to town which is a short walk up hill from the property to town. The bed was super comfy and the lodge space was large enough for the two of us.
We would absolutely stay here again if in Sapa!
WWorawut KijsiravejPros:
-Spacious private room
-Superb friendly staffs
-Delicious and variety of choice for breakfast sets
-Quiet and great neighborhood
-Plenty of restaurants and cafe nearby
-The homestay has motorbike for rent
-Great hot shower
-Even the room didn't have hot air conditioning, they have bed warming device to keep you warm under the blanket
Cons:
-The place is located on high ground uphill, recommend you get a bike
-Water dropping from the pipe above in the toilet, I was staying at first floor
-The ceiling isn't soundproof, you can hear your neighbor talking and opening door from above.
GGuest UserIt's really like I just walked in my dream. It's such a beautiful place. The staff are friendly and helpful.if you are backpack travellers, it's really suitable for you. For us we bring three luggage . There have slope.it really high. I try to bring all of my luggage when I came Infront of the gate then all of them are happily going down by themselves again. I can't forget about this memory.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean, quiet space, open and beautiful view, the owner is very enthusiastic and thoughtful, the chef cooks very well, suitable for our family's taste, the only downside is that it is far from the market center. The commune is nearly 2km, so it's a bit inconvenient (this is not significant if you like to walk). I will come back next time.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located on the main street right next to the market, and about 20mins walk from the town, perfect if you are a market person.
Communication with the hotel is mainly via Google translate, all requests were honoured just needed a little patience and understanding when communicating with them.
There's all the basic amenities you need without frills. It's definitely a bargain to get your own room with a private toilet.
