Amazing
Aariel de asisThe place is really clean. I was not expecting that much how cheap the price of the hotel is, but I was really surprise with our room that has a really good mountain view and very clean. The staff are very accommodating from the moment we arrived they have been really taking care of us and ever provided us free water and snacks before going to our tours. I will come back to Sapa soon with my family and will definitely be staying with Tiger Sapa Hotel again!!!

JJM travelsPositives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

FF**EPretty basic Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. If you're here for the View, then yes you get a pretty good view. On a clear day, you'll see beautiful rolling hills. On the day that we checked out, it was a misty day (winter), and it's interesting to see the clouds of mist literally rolling in and obliterating all view past 100m. The hotel itself is relatively clean although, as I've noticed as a second time now, the drinking cups are not washed. I brought soap powder and sponge with me, so I was able to clean the kettle and cups. The quadruple room we booked was fairly spacious, with a tiny balcony for the view. Linen smells nice. Sink was a little choked. Floor was slightly dusty, but maybe it's because there is construction going on next door. Which was a real bummer. We came in early Dec 2025, and the building meant incessant drilling and hammering just next door, all day long. We were hoping for a serene stay but the noise was a real disappointment. Otherwise, it's fair value for money if you're on a budget and you want a view. Location wise, it's a 15min uphill walk to town along very narrow walkways shared with vehicle traffic, but it's not a bad walk. Food is easily available, and I highly recommend egg coffee :)

KKattie HooArrived early into Sa Pa and requested for early check in. Needed to pay an extra 40,000 VD which was fine as it came inclusive of breakfast. However, from the moment the keycard was inserted into the slot, nightmare began. The power fused out and had to go down to the reception to request for assistance. Front desk staff were not helpful and kept saying the issue was resolved. But the power trip repeated for more than 4 times and with me going up and down before they finally had someone to check the room. So much for early check in. Room was damp, heater hardly function and bathroom can certainly improve in cleanliness. This was on day one. Day two, we decided to check out the breakfast and was again disappointed. I have never seen such a miserable spread and we were limited to only one bowl of noodles or if pancake serving. In any event, nothing great to be missed! And the saga of the power trip continues. Did I mentioned that on Day one, I have to endure an extremely cold bath as half-way through my bath with shampoo in my hair, hot water was no longer available. When we reached out to the team, we were told to wait for 15 mins for hot water to be restored. Can you imagine, standing stark naked with shampoo and bath gel on your body and to wait for 15 minutes in the cold? For the price that I paid for the room, it was definitely not worth it. The explanation from the hotel team for all these.. it's TET and we don't have technicians on site. Although Mr Dao, the Hotel Manager seems friendly, obliging and apologetic, extended free transfer to the bus station the next day, it hardly made up for such a bad staying experience.

PPupaeBWe stayed here for two nights and were very impressed. The location is close to many important and beautiful places. We loved it so much that we could walk around the nightlife safely and enjoy it. The service was excellent. The staff were lovely and friendly, and they were very helpful. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was friendly. Our room had a view of the city center, which was beautiful both during the day and at night. We highly recommend this place. You'll love it.

MManish NegiD Home Sapa: A Memorable Stay in Charming Bungalows My recent stay at D Home Sapa was truly a delightful experience, marked by beautiful scenery, comfortable accommodations, and warm hospitality. Nestled in the stunning landscape of Sapa, this property offers a unique combination of rustic charm and modern amenities that makes it a perfect retreat for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure. Breathtaking Views and Tranquil Atmosphere One of the most remarkable features of D Home Sapa is its breathtaking views. The bungalows are strategically positioned to provide splendid panoramas of the lush terraced rice fields and towering mountains that characterize the region. Each morning, I was greeted by the stunning sight of the sun rising over the hills, painting the landscape in hues of gold and green. The tranquil atmosphere surrounding the bungalows invites guests to unwind and appreciate the natural beauty that Sapa is renowned for. Comfortable Accommodations The bungalows themselves are cozy and well-appointed, providing a welcoming retreat after a day of exploration. My accommodations featured comfortable bedding, tasteful decor, and essential amenities that ensured a pleasant stay. The wooden interiors gave the bungalows a warm and homey feel, while modern touches added convenience without compromising the rustic charm. I particularly appreciated the spacious balcony that came with my bungalow, where I enjoyed morning coffee and absorbed the serene views. Warm Hospitality and Friendly Staff The staff at D Home Sapa were genuinely friendly and attentive, significantly enhancing my experience. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and at home. They were eager to assist with any requests, providing valuable recommendations for local attractions, trekking routes, and dining options. Their deep knowledge of the area and willingness to share insights added a personal touch that made my stay even more enjoyable. Access to Activities and Local Culture D Home Sapa serves as an excellent base for exploring the vibrant culture and stunning landscapes of the region. The property is conveniently located near various trekking paths that meander through picturesque villages, where you can immerse yourself in the local culture and interact with the warm-hearted hill tribes. During my stay, I embarked on a trekking tour that was organized by the staff, allowing me to discover the hidden gems of Sapa and witness the traditional lifestyles of the local communities. The experience was enriching and offered a great blend of adventure and cultural immersion. Culinary Delights Dining at D Home Sapa was another highlight of my stay. The on-site restaurant showcased a menu filled with delicious local and international dishes. Each meal I enjoyed was expertly prepared, featuring fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Having the option to dine while gazing at the stunning landscapes only added to the overall experience. GGuest UserFirst of all, the place has a beautiful view and lovely foggy weather. The owners are very nice and helpful, and they provide a very good breakfast considering the price of the dorm. The service is incredible. However, the cleanliness and smell in the room could be improved, as there was some dust around. Also, the dormitory bathroom has only two toilets for more than 20 guests, which can be a bit inconvenient during busy times.

GGuest UserBooked the room with the view. Didn’t matter because of the fog. I got a little encounter in the middle of the night. Definitely not for the faint of heart. Staff immediately responded and transferred me to another room. It was close to Moana. Few minutes away from Sun Plaza. I’d recommend if you want somewhere that’s quiet. Not for elders though.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean, quiet space, open and beautiful view, the owner is very enthusiastic and thoughtful, the chef cooks very well, suitable for our family's taste, the only downside is that it is far from the market center. The commune is nearly 2km, so it's a bit inconvenient (this is not significant if you like to walk). I will come back next time.
