Very good stay Very pleasant home, thank you for accepting a change of room for the comfort of our baby The room was in line with our expectations including the demand for a bed for baby Room very clean. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. Free parking with a lot of place so no problem of parking, small bemol for the card that never passed to the grid but reception always available to open at any time.

The hotel is a little distance from the station and the main attractions. When you go to the hotel, there are many uphill sections and some sections are under construction. The hotel lobby has a different style of seating area, which is spacious and has an elevator to take. The style of the room is minimal, the environment is clean, and the space is small (a little crowded, unable to flatten two open suitcases); the shower has a shower, the strength is enough, but the drainage is very slow; there is no air conditioning in the room. The window needs to be opened for ventilation, but the sound on the road outside after opening the window is very noisy. The breakfast style is rich and delicious, and hot water needs to be available at the counter. The hotel counter staff was kind and friendly, and met a girl who could speak Chinese when checking out.

On good tram routes to stations and centre. Helpful staff and near some excellent cafes and restaurants. I return regularly. However is now in need of a lick of paint and new carpets. The breakfast room was ill equipped with no teaspoons, saucers for cups, basic coffee. Rather overpricef as it is rather scruffy.

It is not your standard ibis styles - this used to be a different hotel, and albeit it has been taken over by Accor Group, the traces of former décor are omnipresent. The room was rather tired, albeit very clean. The bed was good, we slept well, The breakfast was included, however, I would say it wasn't the best breakfast compared to other ibis styles hotels we've have experience staying at. All in all, if you're looking to spend a night and get going, this could be a good option. For a luxury/experience Brussels I would suggest staying elsewhere.

We have chosen this beautiful place for our marriage unfortunately the politeness and gentleness of some of the local managers are far from the minimum syndical you could hope for this kind of place... the evening of the marriage I hear me say By the owner that there is a seminar and that I therefore have no noise and not to enclosure the passage and that it is a privilege to let me decorate the room that I've hired over €3000 and that I've chosen it well so it is at its conditions ! My guests and my service providers have literally been attacked and threatened to be fucked at the door by madame. The commitments made by the owners have not been respected and even the evening we meet with our naked singer changing out of her room without even having the opportunity to get her scene costumes... Although we are We had a calm discussion the next morning, but I can unfortunately only give a negative opinion on this beautiful place. I can only advise you to find another place for your marriage if you want to avoid this kind of extra stress...

The B****y by Warwick made for a very comfortable and reasonably priced stay for two nights in Brussels. We came to visit family in Belgium but the family we usually stay with all had covid-19. So we had to make a hotel reservation at the last minute (actually from the airport in Doha while waiting for our connecting flight). The hotel is very well located. In an area of Brussels that is out of the most touristic parts of the city, but which is surrounded by parks and interesting neighborhoods. And very easy to walk or take the tram to the centre of the city. The staff could not be more accommodating. As other reviewers have noted, the décor is ”classic” and not contemporary. But the beds are very comfortable. and the garden terrace in back makes for a very pleasant place to have breakfast, or tea or a drink in the afternoon or early evening. This is the 2nd time that we have stayed here. And very much enjoyed both of our stays.

We stayed here for one night while travelling by train from Ostend to London. The hotel is situated opposite the Gare de Midi in an 'edgy' part of the city which felt very intimidating particularly later in the day - there were numerous inebriated people and beggars around. The road outside the hotel is very busy. Check-in was friendly and efficient. We had a room on the 4th floor. There is one small lift to all floors which is insufficient for the size of hotel. Our room was very small - barely enough room to walk around the double bed and to include a suitcase.- strangely the bathroom had plenty of room. There was a disproportionately large TV dominating the room. The big window opened fully onto courtyards that had decades worth of building material dumped in them - but, on the upside , there was no street noise at all. The air-conditioning was barely able to keep the room cool, so the opening window was needed. The breakfast area was equally undersized with far too many guests crammed in a small area all getting in the way of the staff doing their best to try to keep the room tidy. The breakfast was best described as 'adequate' - certainly nothing special, and definitely not relaxing. The price is set by the location of this hotel close to the main international rail station, but for the size of the room, and the unpleasant area outside, coupled with the mediocre breakfast - the price we paid was far too high.

The rooms were very nice. My main issue was billing. I booked through an agency and everything was prepaid. Two of the days we were there, we had breakfast in the dining area. Each time, I paid in cash for 3 breakfasts (15€ x 3). They never gave me a receipt. When we checked out, they made me return the plastic keys and then checked my account. They told me there was one unpaid breakfast and would not call me a taxi until I paid. I was never given a receipt and there was no one in the hotel to complain to. I paid reluctantly and asked them to clear it up later. I've exchanged like 10 emails with the hotel and they never did anything. My advice is avoid using cash and always demand a receipt. I found this to be a very dishonest practice

Good location, right on the side of the highway. The price is real and the breakfast is plentiful.
