This hotel is incredible - clean, beautiful, and delectable! The food and drinks are delicious. I enjoyed 4-5 cocktails. Highly recommend!

We loved this accommodation! Wow, what a magnificent decor and attentive service. The rooms, the panoramic view, everything was great. Small downside and which will probably no longer be a problem in a few months or even a year, is the construction in the surrounding area, which brings dirt roads that are very difficult to access. We also had trouble sleeping due to the construction site workers across the street who were partying most of the night and were facing our room. Otherwise nothing to say, the service was top notch :)

Rubi Tulum is truly one of those amazing finds that you never truly appreciate, until you're there! Rubi manages to pull off the beautiful aesthetics that large resorts offer, while still feeling intimate and secluded. It blends in perfectly with the serene jungle landscape effortlessly accentuating the beauty that is already part of the environment. Intricate water elements make you feel like you have found something rare and special. For me, Rubi offered a feeling of adventure paired with stunning views, quiet exploration, retreat, and connection. My room had everything I needed. It had the larger upscale resort feel without losing the unique details that also offered simplistic beauty....nothing was gaudy, overstated, or out of place for the theme. The earthiness of the jungle was not lost in color translation or choice in fabrics and decor with that essential organic feel to it, but also without missing the amenities I still wanted to have. As a solo traveler, I found a wonderful balance between areas to be social as well as sanctuary. The bridges that connect the different buildings provide varying views for you to enjoy your experience whether it's taking an amazing pic/video, taking a breathe, or stealing a kiss. The staff are wonderful! Whether it's a recommendation for a restaurant, excursion in town, special occasion, assistance with transportation, or a simple chat in passing over morning coffee, they make your stay worthwhile! Do Tulum, stay at Rubi!

Do not be deterred by the fact that it’s about a mile into the jungle with no lights, it’s very secluded, but it’s very beautiful the staff was friendly from the moment we sat foot on the property. The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this For any couple planning to go to Tulum

© The pros: - The decoration - Very nice staff - The swimming pool area - Mosquito nets on the windows - The common areas - Comfortable mattress - Spacious room @ The -: - Very poor insulation of the rooms - Music from the restaurant too loud in the evening in the swimming pool hall - Lack of choice for breakfast - Bathtub not at all suitable. - Little choice of red wine by the glass - Dirty, even very dirty pool cushions and mattresses - Hotel poorly maintained externally - Access road to the hotel catastrophic - Works around the hotel throughout the stay, which is very disturbing . - We are ultimately not in a 5 star hotel because the standard is much higher in a true 5 star. - We still appreciated our possibility of upgrading in the hotel against payment of $240 for 4 nights.

Have stayed here twice now. Both experiences 10/10. Beautiful rooms, amazing pool and jacuzzis, food at their restaurant is delicious. My favorite part is the staff! Every single one of them went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Just incredible experience from start to finish. I plan to come back every year!

Very nice hotel. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful!!! The rooms are suboptimal, not functional. No wardrobe, nothing to hang wet bikinis on. Shower is a flood. Kitchen has no kitchen utensils. Minibar very expensive. Restaurant far too expensive, not part of the hotel, better to pay immediately otherwise 15% more. The whole area is a construction site. Constant construction noise. No shopping opportunities. Road terrible to drive on. If you're unlucky like us, the neighbors see everything, showering, sleeping, drinking coffee. A nice hotel but only thanks to the outstanding, extremely friendly staff

The pity was that we only stayed 2 nights. First, thank you for understanding a family situation that I experienced that almost ruined my vacation. Hotels rated 10 are rated 10 in every sense. About everything else I have nothing more to say that don't think about it if you want to stay in a SITE. Incredible facilities, neat cleaning, staff who treated us as if they were friends, the room is a real dream, absolutely nothing is missing. The restaurant's food is very good. The only fault is the access road, which we hope will be solved by whoever is responsible.

A very original architecture with units on several levels: bedroom, living room, terrace with a pool. Beautiful decor, good equipment. Bathtub and shower in the room, without shower curtain: very aesthetic but not super practical. The hotel is away from the center and the beach, in a vast housing estate: buildings are gradually replacing the forest. Gully access path. Very nice staff. Thank you Ricardo! The only downside is the restaurant. We avoided it after a disappointing experience at dinner and then at breakfast: rather expensive, insufficient portions to eat, average quality. Too bad because the place would be perfect with a decent restaurant.
