A very bad experience with hygiene: old towels that were disgusting to use, very dusty floors and bathroom. The pillows are the lowest quality you can imagine and they smell. Our 2 nights were prepaid, yet due to the bad experience, We checked out one night early, lost the money and went to another hotel.

The property was very easily located off thebhighway close to the town centre of tulum. We were easily able to access the hotel zone and local attractions with our rental car, but there were taxis ready to go any time for people who dont rent cars. The road to the properties was guarded 24 hours so we felt very safe. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Included breakfast were generous portions of mexican style breakfast, not buffet or contonental style, so were very good.

The place is very nice and the staff helpful, to improve the access road, although it is close to the beach; It is not a space to be able to go into the sea if that is what you are looking for

The attention of the staff is very very good. The cuisine is spectacular, it is worth eating. The pizzas are delicious, humble opinion, it seems to me that the menu could have more options, mainly at breakfast.
Unfortunately, transportation is foreign to them, however, it is exorbitantly expensive, and access is too complicated, and I think that can improve. Also typical of almost all of Quintana Roo, the deals are already for foreign tourists, that is, they no longer distinguish prices.
