The whole thing is extremely small. It’s just beyond my imagination. Other than that, it’s an ok place. Very quiet. Oh their AC is unbelievably loud. Restaurant is ok. Costs 110usd for two ppl to dine with no dessert.

My stay at Mezzanine Boutique Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel's ambiance is cozy and inviting, with stylish decor throughout. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience from start to finish. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. Beautiful small boutique hotel set on a low cliff slightly above the beach with lovely views. An easy flight down steps to a beautiful beach. The Thai restaurant on site was outstanding. I never eat at hotel restaurants but this was exceptional and we ate there a few times. The deck overlooking the ocean is such a pleasant place to eat. The hotel is away from the busy area of Tulum. The beach was never crowded when we were there. We could go down to the fray when we wanted but were in peace and quiet at the hotel and never noisy or hectic. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully and elegantly decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The morning breakfast baskets left at our door were such a treat. The pool is small but clean and refreshing, and set amid pretty foliage with a view of the ocean. The hotel and grounds in general were elegant but down to earth and cozy and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stunning beach setting. It was incredibly relaxing. It was delightful to snuggle up with a warm cup of tea before going to sleep. The bartenders were fantastic, and let's talk about the food! It was hands down some of the best we had on our entire trip.

First of all Concierge Liz and rest of the front office team are amazing. They are handling everything smoothly and superfriendly. After restaurant is fabulous with service. Amazing view with food quality but very big plus for staff and service quality definetly advice from 20 years hotelier! Just simple perfect!

My wife and I had an amazing time here on our babymoon. The entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, especially David and Liz. They go out of their way to make sure everything is going smoothly. The hotel grounds, rooms, and view are beautiful and well kept/clean. It is close by to all beaches, just steps away. Food was amazing; probably the best out of all the places we visited and the waiters are very personal. I would highly recommend staying here; it lived up to all expectations!

My partner and I loved our stay here at the Mezzanine. The King Suite was magnificent and comfortable. We were taken care of from the moment we walked up with our luggage. Special thanks to Liz and David at the front for their kindness and recommendations. We felt so safe all during our stay and enjoyed delicious food and drinks at the restaurant. Samuel is so sweet at the restaurant. Everyone was so nice and the service was fabulous! I would recommend this to anyone wanting to go to Tulúm. I love that the hotel is in the quiet part of Tulum by the national park. More of a relaxing experience than party. Thank you Mezzanine for our stay!

Beautiful and very relaxing trip. Amazing trip. We will definitely be back to Mezzanine again! Had a little sea**** the 2nd day but water was Gorgeous. The Mezzanine is the place to come to if you want relaxation and just sit back and chill. They have sister hotels and we ate at several of them and everyone was so nice. The staff at the Mezzanine was Top notch and so nice as well. Can’t wait to come back.
