This is one of the best hotels i’ve ever been to! The concierge service is exceptional, unlike any service i’ve seen before , the team is very responsive , helpful and super friendly. The food is amazing and the a**osphere overall is fantastic

By far the best hotel in Tulum. Better than Azulik (we stayed at both). They have a welcoming drink. Bathroom & shower in the room. Free breakfast. Steamer & airblower in the room. They don’t use the eco-friendly excuse to cut corners like most luxury hotels in Tulum. Absolutely the best in town

The hotel staff was wonderful, and grounds & rooms are beautiful. I stayed for a few days solo after a bachelorette trip, and it was the perfect, most relaxing getaway reset. My room was on the beach side, and all details were thought through - every day, I received fresh bath and beach towels, floors swept of sand, drinking water was refilled, and sweet treats left in the room each evening. Also worth noting I felt very safe/secure at the hotel and walking around Tulum during the day. In the evenings there are no sidewalks or street lamps, so really just have to get past that and get to where you’re going (dinners, cenotes, beach clubs, etc.) versus the path to get there…

Impeccable cleanliness, maintenance and staff service. The room was spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. The hotel's cleanliness surpassed my expectations. Comfortable accommodations. Attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. Juan Carlos, Carlos, and Guillermo greeted us by name daily and made us feel welcomed. Juan Carlos made the trip more enjoyable with his friendly demeanor and gave helpful tips on restaurants and activities.

We stayed at La Valise in April 2024 for our holiday to Tulum and we couldn’t be more pleased with the hotel and service! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and always feels peaceful, with lots of space at the tables and sun beds. The staff are all very friendly and attentive, always checking in that we were happy. The food and drinks are also really good here! We’d recommend any of our friends and family to stay here - we are sure they will love it like we did.
