在雨林裏，環境還不錯，當然蚊子也多…飲食一般吧，不驚艷也不算難吃，服務我覺得蠻一般的，不太主動積極而且會比較經常打擾休息，隔音也不好，大半夜或者大清早的被吵醒過好幾次，最不喜歡的是把好幾衹海豚囚禁在一個小小的泳池裡…總之是非常商業化沒有什麼人情味的酒店

Les buffets sont de bonne qualité, variés et riche en quantité. Un grand merci à Ramon pour ses services, sa gentillesse et son sourire. Il est possible d'adapter son repas en fonction de régime alimentaire ou encore en fonction de ces allergies. Personnel très soucieux de la qualité de services. Je vous souhaite de croiser Ramon lors de votre séjour.

Really great experience. Our concierge Flores was wonderful! The food could have been a bit better. But staff and accommodations are great. It is a little hard to get a shuttle if you need it. So bring some good walking sandals or shoes! Fun trip

You have to visit the kids club at least one time. Your kids deserve to live this experience. My kids enjoyed every time that they spend there. The staff Litsy, Elia and Andy are awesome!!! Your kids will love everything. What is important for you to keep in mind is that the allowed age is between 4 and 12 years old, otherwise your kids cannot stay.

Esta muy padre el hotel súper grande, mucha flora y fauna, piscinas muy grandes y río lento muy relajante, mejorar variedad de alimentos, se terminanban muy rápido las cosas para bebidas desde un blody Mary, margarita o Sangria, Juan y haimer bartenders muy buenos, Ramón y Jorge del comedor principal súper atención, Miguel limpiaba mi habitación muy bien, áreas en remodelación una de ellas la piscina para niños, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba del todo bien, volvería sin duda pero cuando esté al 100% abiero
