In the rainforest, the environment is not bad, but of course there are many mosquitoes... The food is average, it is not surprising, and it is not unpleasant. I think the service is quite average, not very active and will disturb the rest more often, the sound insulation is not good, most of the night Or I was woken up several times in the early morning, and the last thing I liked is to imprison several dolphins in a small swimming pool... In short, it is a very commercial and impersonal hotel

This resort is big but you can find "short cuts". The property was well maintained. I would have liked more entertainment and music at the pool(s). Also, I would suggest easier access to ice water throughout the resort. I know we can get it at the bars but I always felt like the bartenders were some what irritated I was asking for ice water at a bar and the water at the buffet was warm. Loved the lazy river, coffee bar, Mexican restaurant and foam party!!

I liked the layout, ease of getting anywhere on the property from all rooms. The buffet food was good and the restaurants were nice. It was also nice to have the coffee bar and ice cream hut.
Loved how the pools had different depths throughout all the staff there was pleasant.
The jungle-type look was nice too. Many interesting walks where you find yourself feeling like you are deep in the jungle.
Suggestions-
Our room needs updating - 2493. The most convenient outlet was broken and the toilet flusher didn't work either.
Screen for the balcony would be great so you can enjoy the fresh air and listen to the birds while in the room.
Pool 3 only had music from 10-12. Should be simple to just have pool music running at all times when it's open.
Equipment - couldn't find anyone to help us get a beach volleyball or bocce balls to use outside of the 1 hour they were there.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort is the best hotel I have stayed in! The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by nature, great facilities, pools, restaurants, amazing spa and beach club! Apart for being beautiful, the service is what makes this place so special. All the staff was always making sure my friends and I had everything we needed, the waiters, concierges, transportation staff (in golf carts), the staff at the spa and beach club, as well as the customer service team. They are all very professional, welcoming and kind. Everyone made our stay unforgettable! We will go back with our families and friends for sure!

The sport zone was amazing with the good teacher Cecilio Hernandez, Who guide us during the arch sport. Also have a shooting zone and bike. All the activities was free and included in the resort. My wife won the arch activity. All the resort was good, its our second trip to this amazing hotel.

Had the best time here! If you go to the buffet cafe near the front desk I highly recommend having Ramon as your waitress! Nicest man you will ever meet and will always keep you topped off on cervaza! Overall we had an excellent experience and will most likely come back in the future.

La propreté des chambres laisse à désirer, les équipements sont vétustes, il n’y a pas d’entretien courant dans les chambres (joints douche noirs, baignoire avec nombreuses taches et traces, rouille, tête de lit complètement tachée…) Je n’ai pas pour habitude de critiquer mais les photos parlent d’elles même L’amabilité du personnel laisse à désirer pour un établissement à ce prix c’est aberrant. Lors du dîner au buffet, un serveur était au fond de la salle derrière nous et crachait par terre, du jamais vu… (plusieurs fois !) Seul point positif je dirais : l’environnement, les animaux et notre animatrice française
