Tuve la oportunidad de embarcarme a una visita en el corazón Tulum en –Papaya Playa – Prepárense para un día lleno de maravillas impresionantes y experiencias inolvidables. Primero, nos sumergimos a la entrada en su místico árbol para escribir y colocar en él un agradeciendo. Parte de nuestro recibimiento en este lugar fue el gran anfitrión que tiene como Gerente el señor Soares. Muchas gracias por la gran experiencia que nos brindo en todo momento. No pierdan la oportunidad de visitar este lugar y sentir la energía de este sitio. Descubriendo rincones únicos en cada paso que das, ofreciendo un escape refrescante y una conexión con el encanto místico del mundo maya. This place is amazing! Staying a few blocks away and stopped in for a day trip. The food and beverage credit was unexpected and covered an app and a few beers. The guac was delish! Melissa was so kind and very attentive. Perfect spot for a relaxing beach day!

Absolutely stunning! From the serene beachfront location to the impeccable service, our stay at this Tulum gem was unforgettable. The rooms were luxurious, the food exquisite, and the staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend for a dreamy getaway!

Lucho service was wonderful. He was always so helpful and friendly. He suggested delicious options for breakfast every morning. His energy is so positive so it was always nice to have breakfast at the area he was assigned to. My favorite dish was the mushroom and onion quesadilla as well as the pastries and abocado toast.

La verdad que no empezamos con buen pie por diferentes problemas en la habitación pero una vez comentamos con el manager, fueron super amables y nos trataron en todo momento como reyes. Nos vamos con un muy buen sabor de boca. Mencionar en especial a Lucho, su pasión cercania amabilidad y dedicación en el restaurant hacen que te sientas como en casa. Un 10 para todo el equipo Papaya. Gracias por unas vacaciones de ensueño.

First and foremost, I must call out the excellent service by two servers at the restaurant. Melissa serve us breakfast every morning and Martin serve us dinner every evening. We were there. They were both exceptional, friendly and helpful. We selected a private villa with a rooftop pool, and we could not have been more pleased with the privacy and the eclectic experience that we had. Very private and very romantic. Would highly recommend any couple wanting to spend time together and just relax.

Nous avons dû mettre de l'argent sur un bracelet afin de pouvoir payer nos dépenses, sans savoir que nous devions dépenser 100% de l'argent, sans possibilité de remboursement. Nous avions 3600 pesos sur nos bracelets et n'avons jamains pu récupérer la sommes. À cela s'ajoute des verre à 48 USD (600 pesos) et des bières à 260 pesos. Beaucoup trop dispendieux pour le service et le produit. À éviter absolument. Ce sont de petits escrocs.

We were here to consider having our wedding. Luis was a shining star. His support and attention to detail made the trip for us. In general, the concierge was not helpful. It felt like they were being intentionally difficult which was frustrating when we were trying to plan such a big and special event. Everything we needed we ended up going through Luis who again, was awesome. We did a tasting (Luis set this up for us) with Pepe and Jose. The food was great and we appreciated meeting them and talking through the menu and our preferences. Lucio/Lucho (not sure on spelling) made a great impression at the restaurant. He remembered us each day and provided a great experience.

Everything was so beautiful from the moment we arrived. The villa ocean front view was breathtaking. Room service and 24/7 personal service was exceptional and always ready to assist in whatever we needed. 10/10 service. Shout out to Rodrigo and Alfie. Breakfast every morning at the beach club was the best way to start every morning. The food was amazing and we had the most amazing staff waiter named Lucho. He always greeted us with a huge smile and made our dining experience very memorable. Shout to to him and PPP for their overall hospitality. I would highly recommend coming here.
