The hotel is amazing. Great service, views and rooms. Very clean. Primo and all the managers are great and very accomodating. They went out of the way for my friends birthday. The food is good, just expensive. We would definitely return in the future.

Went to Kanan and our server was Nestor. Him and Antonio, who was the cook, was fantastic. I got the Cesar salad and the Cowboy. Nestor made the salad in front of us and was so kind and easy to talk to. The view of the ocean was super nice and the ambiance was really cool. Would definitely go again!

We had dinner in a beach front nest at The Rooftop restaurant and it was an amazing experience! First of all, you can’t beat the views. You have a full view of the ocean and the jungle and it’s just absolutely beautiful. As for the food, I personally had the guacamole, vegan pizza and the aubergine & portobello duo and it was all good. My favorite was the vegan pizza, it was packed with veggies and the vegan cheese was really good. On top of everything, our waiter Ricardo was super nice and attentive. His service was impeccable.

The beach club was SO nice!! Our waiter Joel was the best he was so attentive and so kind. The ambience was vibey yet not too crazy during the day, the drinks were good and it was overall a great experience. Definitely recommend if you’re visiting tulum!

We stayed at the kanan hotel and Spa. The have yoga in the morning and it's also a beach club! It's located on the beach ***** close to restaurants like gitano and beach clubs like rosa negra, bagatelle, tantra and taboo. It's a beautiful resort that's very picturesque and the food and service is phenomenal!! We are soo grateful for the customer service by Primo, amy, paulina, dario, tania and everyone else at Kanan! Also a/c is included in every hotel room which is what helped us finalize our booking compared to other hotels that we not all inclusive. The rooms were clean and kept in tact we received exceptional service!!! They also serve breakfast and have two restaurants the rooftop and karma restaurant. The rooftop at kanan is similar to kin toh at azulik. They also serve complimentary coffee and tea every morning of your choice. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend kanan and it’s close in proximity to other beach clubs , restaurants, and hidden gems in tulum! We were 3 doors from the ven a la luz sculpture!

We had SUCH a good time here for our friend’s bachelorette! Suggest going on the earlier side before music starts so that you get a good spot. Julian and Jolel were our servers for the day and they were on top of it. They even took photos for us and everything. Def recommend.
