Great place with the best staff. Everyone was wonderful, friendly, and courteous. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting tulum who wants to stay in the downtown area. Great evening walk down the main drag. The hammock was a bonus to wind down after the day. A little far from the beach, but all affordable hotels are, so this is the one you should pick. Bike rentals on site for the beach journey.

I liked the big rooms, big beds , big windows. On Main Street but quiet.
I didn’t like the shower. Water sprays everywhere in the bathroom. No hot or warm weather to shower with.
