Отель не соответствует цена качество, я имею ввиду сам отель , номера , общая зона и тд, всё старое и изношенное.
Сервис хороший, персонал доброжелательный. Но отель не стоит этих денег.

I've stayed here four times now; it is one of my favorite hotels in Tulum. The service and details of this hotel that provide such comfort are outstanding. I highly recommend it, plus it is located in the heart of all the action. You're just a few minutes from all the top beach clubs and restaurants, which is great during high season; you don't have to worry about being stuck for over an hour in traffic. The team at Maxanab always makes you feel like you're at home.

Hotel was situated in a great location, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Hotel is meant for a quiet vacation--things shut down around 10:30PM. They have limited # of rooms, so the staff was very attentive to our needs. They have bikes you can use as well to get around (streets are narrow, so you need to be careful). We went with a group of 6, and the staff was beyond accommodating, helping us coordinate dinners and excursions. The last night, our AC went out, and they held an extra room for us, so we could have a good nights sleep before our flights. Breakfast menu was limited, but options were delicious!

Hands down the best hotel I stayed in Tulum. Total luxury in the jungle. We loved our plunge pool room, with bed in balcony that had a beautiful view to the garden. The staff are the nicest and most accomodating. Will definitely come back when I can :)

Ma’xanab es un lugar magico, los detalles del lugar son impecables, la ambientación, es el mejor lugar para quedarte o para ir a pasar el día. Tienen una excelente atención y excelente servicio, todo el staff es muy amable y lo mejor de todo es su comida que esta espectacular.
