It is the second time I visit it and I love it, the service from the girls at the reception and Luca at the pool is great! I definitely recommend it and hope to return soon 😃

The hotel is located around 1,5 km from a bus station. It was quite easy to find. In front of it there is a huge supermarket, many bars and restaurants around. The room was clean, it has all the amenities in it including beach towels. I didn’t like the service of the restaurant on the first floor. The food they served was cold, lettuce seemed to be unwashed. Tips were included automatically to the bill which I refused to give taking into consideration the level of their service.

Son una mentiras las fotos y llevan más de 10 dÃas que no me devuelven 18 mil pesos.. Todas las habitación pésima limpieza, los barandales, todo el hotel lleno de arañas, los baños en mal funcionamiento.. Todo lo que opinan las demás personas en las plataformas es verdad. Pedimos hotel..

Muy bien trato . Y limpieza . Los empleados de 10 , el desayuno a la vuelta increÃble, hubo un contingente que hicieron ruido toda una noche y los sacaron del hotel. , wifi de 10 , la pileta arriba de lo mejor y el trato del personal muy educados y te ayudan en todo

Buen servÃcio, hotel limpio y en buen estado, céntrico y ventaja de estar enfrente de un supermercado. Lo único desagradable son tantos mosquitos por la zona. Sin duda lo recomiendo, el lugar tiene todo para un alojamiento inolvidable…..

El personal tiene muy buena atención, los desayunos son muy ricos ,tiene una buena ubicación , las instalaciones están en buenas condiciones , pero en algunas ocaciones falla el internet ,muy recomendable para pasar las vacaciones o un fin de semana.

Accueil parfait, chambre parfaite, rooftop, piscine, cocktails tout fut magique. Emplacement proche du centre et pas loin de la plage. Merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel qui a été adorable tout au long du séjour. Le petit déjeuner servi dans le restaurant juste à côté était magique.

The hotel itself is a very nice building and in a great location to the Town centre of Tulum but it is a little run down, could do with some upgrade’s New sunbeds etc. the staff where very friendly and helpful with any issues. The hotel breakfast in the place around the corner was good!
