The staff at the property were amazing! Romina gave me a ride into town one day and Brenda was also really helpful. They are both amazing women. The hotel itself is so darn cute! They have cute rooms with Edison lights and the pool is great. The road is really pot holey so be prepared for that. My taxi driver called them Tulum cenotes when it rains. It is a little far from town but they have restaurants and shops around there. It's a great place to stay I'd you want quiet. I will definitely book it again if I go back to Tulum!

Todo está súper bien los empleados son muy atentos, pero en la regadera deberían de poner tapete de baño, ya que se resbala y el agua de la alberquita del cuarto debería ser caliente, ni la ocupe estaba helada

L'équipe était très professionnelle et réactive. La chambre était superbe et la literie très confortable. Juste une petite confusion vis a vis de notre réservation. Sur booking ils indiquent que la baignoire privative de la suite est chauffée mais elle ne l'est pas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Gem. The road getting to it isn't the best with lots of potholes and limited lighting but the reward of the hotel makes up for this. The rooms very clean and we never felt unsafe at this place. The staff was always willing to help and offer suggestions and advice for places to go and things to see. We could come back in a heartbeat.

Wij verbleven een week in dit hotel en hebben alleen maar positieve commentaar! Alles was uitstekend! Rustig gelegen en een zeer correcte prijs, het is een eindje gelegen van de dure hotels aan de strandzone maar met de gratis fietsen die beschikbaar zijn was het heel leuk om dagelijks van en naar het strand te fietsen. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, gratis koffie ter beschikking. Ondanks de vorige reviews hier op tripadvisor over diefstal voelde wij ons hier zeer veilig en welkom, misschien waren deze reviews over vroeger personeel want de mensen die hier nu werken waren allemaal top! Bedankt!

It was one of best hotels I stayed in Tulum. It's affordable. The stuff is understanding, very helpful snd super friendly. I stayed there for Chris**as and this was one of the best stays this trip. The location is very good. Rotsen was very helful. I will definitely stay there again as it was unforgettable Chris**as experience.

Enjoyed our stay at Little Gem! This place is phenomenal. Nice quite hotel near Tulum Center, restaurants and a smoothie stand! The rooms are very clean, spacious and you get your own balcony. The staff are incredibly friendly. Special thanks to Nestor, Mayumy, for their exceptional work and recommendations! I would definitely stay at Little Gem again.

This is truly a gem of a small boutique hotel and this was our second of I’m sure many visits to this property. It’s the design, the pool and most importantly the staff who make this our home away from home in Tulum. We came in November for our anniversary and birthdays and again the trip we returned to Tulum because of this hotel and staff. They recommend the best of the best in Tulum and have a wide variety of knowledge of the area and are food and experience lovers themselves so they know where to send you and can call ahead for any tips of the moment for guests. Stay here, it’s a dream of a hotel and with only 9 rooms, you have their u**ost attention!

We spent about a week at the Little Gem Charme Hotel since our originally planned beach hotel was not viable for us due to heat and the smell from the Sargasso algae. While the neighborhood may look sketchy to some with potholes and lots of construction going on, the room we had was modern, clean, quiet and nice with a fridge and very cold AC . Neighborhood restaurants abound, a coffee/breakfast place is across the street. Staff was AWESOME in helping us getting reasonably priced cabs to Chichen Itza, the Tulum Ruins, Cenotes and back to Cancun. They were helpful in securing a nurse to administer the required COVID test. Coffee was available every day and water bottles were put in the rooms. Thank you Mayumi and Daniel and everyone else we came in contact with.
