DO NOT Visit! We returned to a failing hotel, we brought 10 guests for a birthday, spent $20,000+ and the hotel ruined days of our trip. Did nothing to help, save yourself!

Surprised at this not being more highly rated Excellent tranquil setting - large grounds for such a boutique hotel We stayed in two tents inland which were awesome - can hear birds and feel the nature Morning did Yoga with [Alum] today and it was AWESOME! Incredible setting Only regret is not staying longer Drinks at beach nice Breakfast lovely Evening DJ sets so unique I could’ve done so much longer here Only criticism is guy on front desk this morning was super unhelpful and rude (18th April), complete anomaly

The hotel is amazing overall, the staff is welcoming and very helpful, the food is all of the restaurants is delicious and the rooms are extremely cozy. It is at a great location in Tulum with many stories and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

El hotel está muy bonito y la atención que recibes está fenomenal en especial por parte de Javier, siempre estuvo muy atento a lo que necesitáramos. Tienen muchos workshops que valen mucho la pena, están muy padres. Cuando fuimos no había mucho sargazo entonces podías disfrutar mucho la playa y el mar.

Nice play, but not to be trusted. After asking for a breakdown for bill/incidentals at checkout., they could not provide it. After emailing with staff for over a month, they finally gave me breakdown. The breakdown included a fake miscellaneous charge/receipt for alleging giving me a cash advance during my stay. I never requested or received any such money. The miscellaneous document had a forged signature. When I advised staff, they said too bad. I have never written a review, good or bad, before this. But this was pure criminal activity and must be reported so that people know in the future.
