The sea view room is perfect! The room is clean and cozy. Restaurants nearby were really expensive but worth it! The staff is friendly.

Amazing hotel. Amazing service. Amazing food. It has exceeded all of our expectations. 10 stars! Will definitely be coming back. The staff is amazing, always trying to accommodate you at the best level. . The decor, cleanliness and atmosphere makes you wanna stay there forever. We love la zebra. Great price as well. Makes is extremely reasonable. Thank you for your hospitality and amazing time in Tulum.

We had an amazing time! The ground level, sea view room with plunge pool was so much fun and convenient for quick dips and trips to the beach with our very active toddler. There was a great playground and little activities scattered around too! The staff was incredible and our room was very comfortable. Location was perfect because it was walkable to everything but more quiet than some of the other hotels near the clubby restaurants.

De los mejores hoteles boutique en Tulum y además con prácticas de empresa socialmente responsable que cuida a sus colaboradores, huéspedes, proveedores y al medio ambiente! Me encanta la decoración muy mexicana con colores fuertes, la comida deliciosa del chef Eleazar Bonilla, buena mixología, excelente atención, habitaciones amplias algunas con plunge pool, alberca, spa, club de playa, varias actividades e incluso área para niños! Está increíble!!

We had an amazing stay at La Zebra! The day we arrived, Arsenio and Marco lead a tortilla and salsa making class, which was really enjoyable. Whether it be planning excursions, booking the spa or special requests, the concierge team was so accommodating and welcoming. Marco always made sure our drinks were full and his overall service really added to our trip. At night, we were brought hot tea and chocolates by the housekeeping team. The food was also really good, which was nice if we wanted to stay in a couple nights and not venture out. We had a great time here, and the staff seemed to really care about us having an awesome experience.

Service was amazing, as is the location. To say it is relaxing would be putting it mildly. As soon as you step into La Zebra you forget the world outside! Abraham and the staff are the best! Everyone is so attentive it makes it nearly impossible to leave!

We had the most amazing time. We were lucky enough to meet Abraham who made our holiday extra, extra special. He is thoughtful. And beyond amazing. We can’t wait to come back. Everything about this place is beautiful. The vibe. The good. Etc etc etc.
