The sea view room is perfect! The room is clean and cozy. Restaurants nearby were really expensive but worth it! The staff is friendly.

Service was amazing, as is the location. To say it is relaxing would be putting it mildly. As soon as you step into La Zebra you forget the world outside! Abraham and the staff are the best! Everyone is so attentive it makes it nearly impossible to leave!

We had the most amazing time. We were lucky enough to meet Abraham who made our holiday extra, extra special. He is thoughtful. And beyond amazing. We can’t wait to come back. Everything about this place is beautiful. The vibe. The good. Etc etc etc.

Best beach cabanas! Carlos gave amazing service on the beach. Get yourself a mescalina ,some ceviche and float in the Caribbean-it’s magical. Le zebra has a great beach, a great hotel and magical service. It would be my privilege to return.

My daughter and I were on a 7 day trip in the Yucatán Peninsula and stayed 3 nights at La Zebra in Tulum. This was our final destination before heading back home and can honestly say our hotel experience was AMAZING!! From the moment we arrived Ricardo, the front desk attendant took great care of us. The first night we stayed in a a sea view balcony suite and the last two nights in the beach front penthouse suite. I informed Ricardo of our room upgrade upon checking in and he made sure we were able to switch rooms without disruptions to our schedule. Ricardo was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to provide top notch service! The welcome drink was a nice touch and very refreshing. The sea view balcony suite had a great view of the ocean. The bedding was soft, smooth, and provided a wonderful night’s rest. The closet and bathroom space was great! The penthouse suite had an AMAZING view! The huge private balcony with a large plunge pool was the best amenity from our entire trip. The assigned lounge bed on the beach is a great perk! We enjoyed relaxing in our lounge bed and the food service was also amazing!! Our waiter Jaime and Jonathan did a fantastic job!! They were friendly and took care of our every need. I highly recommend the nachos, quesadilla and guacamole! Daniel the bellhop attendant was also fantastic! He welcomed us, assisted with our room change and during our check out. Very nice, great smile, and friendly! We had an early morning request and Oscar in the front desk took good care of us. Overall it was an amazing experience! I highly recommend this resort! It provides a stunning location, clean and well maintained facilities, delicious food, incredible views and most importantly an unparalleled service! Thank you Ricardo, Jaime, Jonathan, Daniel & Oscar for providing an intimate and personalize stay!

La Zebra was a dream! There were so many lovely touches to the experience, from the welcome margaritas, the cookies served with each coffee, and the nightly tea and chocolates delivered to the room. The room was clean and the bathroom felt like a spa. We enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant every morning, Abraham was our favorite waiter! The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - shoutout to Ricardo and especially Carlos for recommending the Cabo ruins and cenote tour!
