Hotel Panamera

The hotel is very pretty but the rooms were very poorly designed. The bathroom has no door ..remember that you are going to mexico which is famous for hurting everyone’s stomach. You can imagine its not a fun situation if you come with your partner or split the room with a friend. If you have to go in the middle of the night you will have to go outside to a public restroom. Additionally the rooms i saw either had no privacy (they face the hallway on one side and street on the other) or had windows completely tinted so it felt like you were in a closet. We got a room with no privacy and the curtains have a slit running through the middle so they don’t fully close. I literally made eye contact with people outside the room from my bed and the bathroom. Ultimately the only way to actually get privacy is to use random items to prop the curtains closed. The room also doesn’t get below 78 degrees during the day. I spoke to the staff about it and they refused to do anything… didnt so much as provide a clip to close the curtains. I really want to like the hotel because it was pretty, the food was good, and some of the staff were very nice. But given there are hundreds of hotels to choose from and the fact its quite expensive i would recommend going somewhere else.

The Service is excellent. Burger was delicious. Calamari was not good don’t recommend. Great ambience, Good drinks, high prices

One of my favorite experiences while in Tulum. Stayed at a nearby Airbnb but came for a day stay and it was the best decision. Incredible food. Incredible service. The pool and beach chair service was perfection. I never leave reviews but today was so perfect that I had to share. Also, shoutout to David for taking care of us all day!

This was my first visit to Tulúm and my choice to come to Hotel Panamera for some drinks & snacks could NOT have been a better choice and I will definitely spend time at Hotel Panamera each and every time I visit Tulúm! David… where do I begin…?!?! When I say he’s the best, I say this personally from my heart!! First impressions can make or break you in the services industry and David’s first impression with us is the reason we will be back again, again to Hotel Panamera!! Thank you David so much for treating us with kindness and with genuine respect. So when in Tulúm, plan to stop by Hotel Panamera, do NOT forget to ask for David… he will make you feel welcomed and acknowledged in what can sometimes be a hectic space… I can’t say it enough… he was great!!!… and I look forward to my next time in Tulúm and coming to see David at Hotel Panamera!

Alberto was amazing and made me feel truly special on my birthday! He was attentive and quick and the entire rest of the staff was so kind and helpful. We weren’t even guests of the hotel! Would highly highly recommend visiting while you’re in tulum

Happy to have ended up in a nice newer and clean hotel. Location was further down the ***** but just perfect as it was less packed right up front. Beach front lounging with restaurant service was fantastic. Staff was helpful in booking additional experiences. I can’t wait to return.

Very nice place, trendy and refined. I love to go there every week, perfect between friends and family., Music is chill and well selected, food is delicious and service very cool and professional. Nicolas was a great host:) I recommend this place for sure! The roof top is amazing to enjoy a cocktail between sea view and jungle view! Incredible. See you next week guys!

Just wrote this review on Google and reposting it here as well - Currently writing this from a beach chair wishing it wasn’t our last day here! This is our third time staying at the Hotel Panamera and definitely won’t be our last. We were recommended this hotel by a friend who had nothing but amazing things to say about the hotel and it did not disappoint! The rooms are great - just what you need for a casual and relaxing beach vacation. Our room is in the new building and we have a patio which is really nice. The beach set up could not be more perfect, with plenty of sun beds in both the sun and shade. You do have to reserve sun beds each day, since they also offer day passes to guests that are not staying at the hotel! There are also 2 stunning pools - the second was a new addition since our last visit and is available only to guests which is nice. Location is perfect - it’s a little further down the ***** so it feels more secluded/quiet and is still walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. And if you’re looking for more than a relaxing beach vacation, you can also walk to nearby day clubs. Our first visit, we explored the town and cenotes more, but now that we are familiar with tulum, we really only leave the hotel for dinner, if we aren’t eating at the Panamera! The food is amazing - we love the shrimp tacos and any of the pizzas. I am also obsessed with the green salad and have tried to recreate it at home many times but it’s never quite as good! Drinks are also amazing! All food and drinks are very fairly priced as well! What makes hotel panamera so amazing is the service - all of the staff members are above and beyond helpful and attentive! If you ever need anything, you can message the front desk on WhatsApp as well. The staff here is 1000/10 - thank you for making our vacations so memorable! If you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation, this is your spot. Now that there is a direct flight into Tulum, we hope to come more than once a year!
