El hotel ofrece una experiancia unica, buenas habitaciones, servicios y playa Lo que mas destaco son los desayunos del hotel que son elaborados en lugar y sanos. Quisiera destacar la atención de Maria y Aldo. Tambien reconocer a Pao y Melany por los tips que nos dieron en Tulum.

El hotel es espectacular! Excelente servicio y atención. Muy limpio, ordenado, y la comida muy rica. Lo mejor es el desayuno, el pan es hecho en el hotel y la atención de María espectacular! Aldo también nos atendió muy bien! Pau de la recepción nos dió excelentes datos de paseos! Melanie también amable! Gracias a todos!

We had a wonderful day and experienced excellent service from Rolando! He was so attentive with anything that we needed - drinks, food, towels etc. We ordered a pepperoni pizza to share - highly recommend, it was delicious. Thank you for your amazing service Rolando, we had the most relaxing day!

Todo estuvo excelente. La verdad superó nuestras expectativas. La calidad de la comida, todo delicioso. Y el servicio de primera. En especial Andrés en la comida y en la cena fue quien nos atendió y increíble su atención. Sin duda regresaremos.

Aldo, Maria, Andres and everyone else were so friendly and attentive! The service was great in every way! We will definitely return! The room was incredible and very private with very easy access to the beach, restaurants and spa. Melissa, Pau and Melanie were awesome, also! We cannot recommend Ana Y Jose enough!

Super buena experiencia! Las habitaciones muy comodas y lindas, la atencion al detalle impecable. El servicio fue el mejor de Tulum. Maria y William en el restaurante super amables y pendientes de todo. El beach club nos encanto y la piscina tambien.

We had a very pleasent day at Ana y Joses Beach Club. Very good Deep House music but not too loud, comfortable Beach beds (both shadow or sun possible) and very friendly and kind staff, especially our waiter Rafael!! We went on a monday, the min consumption was around 60 USD p.P. (almost every beach club in Tulum hast them and the Clubs do dynamic pricing depending on season and weekday) . We had a some drinks and two main dishes so overall the price ist quite good. Would totally go there again!

Buen hotel , buenas camas y habitaciones. Excelente servicio de desayuno en la mañana con Aldo , William y María . Un excelente equipo y muy amable y educados. El precio de la comida puede ser más económico. Pero lo demás es muy bueno todo . Excelente servicio de recepción también
