Beautiful beach.🏖️ Perfect weather the beach club was very accommodating. Omar was the best sever very attentive and funny! The food was very fresh and the drinks were delightful. This is our second time here and we will be back. Definitely a hidden gem!

Exelente hotel, Exelente servicio, literal te hacen sentir como en casa, una increíble Opción para relajarte, estar tranquilo y comer delicioso con las mejores vistas de Tulum con música relax. Súpero por mucho las espectativas que teníamos, aceptaron y trataron como una huésped más a nuestra mascotita, NUTELLA y eso no tiene precio!! Destacamos la atención al recibirnos de Pau, súper linda y siempre atenta a nuestra estancia, el equipo de meseros OMAR, JORGE, FERNANDO, ANDRES, MAXIMO en la barra, MARIA, ALEJANDRA, Realmete todos pero ellos en especial muchas gracias por estar siempre atentos a nosotros 🤗 10 de 10, la chef Moni que salió a saludarnos y a preguntarnos si nos había gustado los alimentos 🫶 Exelente equipo y disposición de todo el equipo siempre Muchas gracias Hotel ANA Y JOSE

Excelente servicio! La comida y las bebidas están deliciosas. La alberca agradable. Realmente disfrutamos nuestro day pass en Ana y Jose y lo recomendamos. Andrés fue nuestro servidor y nos atendió de maravilla. Definitivamente volveremos a este hotel.

We’ve stayed here several times now and it’s always a great experience. We are always greeted with smiles and kindness by Maria, William, Aldo, and - when we go for our morning coffee and breakfast. Maria and William are very attentive. We had a small Mayan wedding ceremony and the staff was very helpful. Pau and Melissa at reception and Gustavo the bell boy go above and beyond every time and are a pleasure to work with. We will be coming back in the near future.

This hotel has Amazing service, great food, very good and clean atmosphere! Fernando took very good care of us on the beach. I would come back if I’m ever in tulum again!!!the food was very delicious, all of the staff was very friendly and quick. The rooms were cleaned everyday very well, turn down service was much appreciated

Increíble estancia, muy bonito hotel y el servicio espectacular. Fernando nos atendió súper bien en la playa. La comida muy deliciosa y la calidad te todo me encanto. Los cuartos amplios y varios tienen jacuzzi. Recomiendo 100 por ciento quedarse aquí

Maria was very friendly and attentive. Sat us right at the front with a beautiful view. She always made sure we had our glasses were filled and helped with the menu when the service on our phones was low. We never felt rushed or hurried. It was a great first breakfast for the stay!

Excelente hotel ana y jose, buen servicio y ambiente familiar, recomendado para venir con familia y amigos, william, gustavo y maria excelente servicio por las mananas a la hora del almuerzo y tambien por las tardes, y muy buena ubicacion!
