Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort

The whole experience was excellent. The gentleman at the front Sebastian was very attentive on a daily basis. Would send us emails or text every day making sure everything was OK. Definitely would visit this location again.

The all inclusive resort experience was marvelous, it is our second time in this resort and there is definitely a reason why we go back! There is amazing food, outstanding service. And more importantly, the kids club is phenomenal, my daughter and son loved it so much: Emma, Jessica, Abril, Yaros, Franco, Giselle, Melissa, Maggie, and Angel! All of them are amazing people who does activities with the kiddos while you as a couple enjoy some solo time. Honestly, my kids end up crying when we leave ! Lastly, Israel at Noriku did an amazing Tepenyaki Show he makes laugh so much and the food he prepared was great!

Wow, after many vacations to Cancun and Riviera Maya, our family unanimously declares this as the ultimate resort experience. The food? Absolutely stellar—both in variety and quality. The beach and ocean? Simply stunning. Crystal clear water and plenty of friendly marine life. Pro tip: pack your water shoes and snorkeling gear; you'll thank me later. The staff weren't just friendly; they were downright compassionate and went above and beyond at every turn. We upgraded to the 'Enclave,' and trust me, it’s a game-changer. With its prime location near dining and the ocean, a private lounge, and an exceptional private lunch spot, it’s worth every penny. Oh, and did I mention the butlers? YES—BUTLERS—Sebastian and Enrique pampered us throughout our stay. The Enclave perks and amenities were the cherry on top. A few downsides: The pools, though heated, were too warm under the blazing sun. A suggestion to management: skip heating the pools from March/April through summer. The entertainment wasn't exactly Broadway-caliber, but it was fun and engaging. We even found the technical glitches amusing at times. So, 3/5 for evening shows. These minor hiccups didn't impact our overall rating. A few handy tips: 1. Fly directly into Tulum’s new international airport. It's under an hour's drive to the Hilton, saving you time and money with significantly cheaper flights than Cancun. Plus, the airport is a beauty. 2. Make your dinner reservations as soon as you arrive. We chose 6:30 PM dinners, which synced perfectly with the 8 PM entertainment, allowing us to enjoy a leisurely meal without rushing. 3. As mentioned, if you’re hitting the ocean, bring water shoes (or sport your crocs). This resort truly set a new bar for our family vacations. Can't wait to return!

We have visited Mexico many times, including recent stays at Paradisus Cancun and Hyatt Ziva Cancun. We particularly loved our experience at Hilton Tulum. The Cancun airport was about 1 to 1.5 hours away. We were blessed with wonderful weather, and the kids had so much fun snorkeling. The kids club staff were fantastic and took excellent care of our children. They had activities and crafts all day long, and the staff were especially kind and patient. Special shout-out to Abril, Maggie and Franco. The entertainment staff were also great and went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. We really enjoyed this resort because they had a section of the ocean blocked off from seaweed and waves, making it perfect for kids to swim and snorkel. It was a bit rocky, but we had watershoes. If you don't have watershoes, there are sandy paths to get to the water as well. There were so many fish to see—we spotted stingrays, lobsters, squids, and many kinds of fish. The facilities and services were top-notch; we never had any issues. Whenever we requested something, it was always addressed right away. The food was good, though not the best compared to some other resorts in the area. It was decent, and we always found some items we loved. We also loved the food truck. The grounds were clean, and we loved the simple, elegant design of the resort. We stayed at Casa 2, which worked well for us, although we did always need a buggy to go to the kids club. The wait was never long, though. Overall, it was a wonderful trip, and we can't wait to visit again.

The waitresses, bartenders, and entertainment team transformed our stay into the most cool and relaxing experience we could have hoped for. The only thing I didn’t like was the water in room was always cold. Everynight was a cool shower.

The property was beautiful and the staff were very attentive! We had some issues with the water staying hot in the room and we had one full day without air conditioning. The staff offered some options to compensate for the inconvenience.
