Hotel tres bien moderne et propre!
Sauf lit petit pour 2 personne et chambres très petite! Tulum restaurant très dispendieux sur le bord de la plage
Recommande le secteur aldea sama a1 km de hotel motto

굉장히 방이 작고 루프탑뷰 했는데 뷰도 4층밖에 안되서 그렇게 좋지도 않고 옆편 창문다보여서 매일 블라인드 치고 있었어요 수영장은 작지만 인테리어가 굉장히 깔끔하고 예쁩니다 체크인할때 여자직원은 조금 무례했어요

洗澡水本身就很小 中間還突然斷水了 導致我先出來等水 過了半個小時又進去洗 非常不隔音 設計的房間捱得很近 大早上被各個房間出門聲打掃聲吵得不可睡覺了

用國內五星酒店的費用住青年旅舍的酒店，行程中最簡陋的酒店，沒有提供水和早餐，是真的又貴又小。很少給人差評，這次衝著希爾頓字樣入住，太失望了，應該説是此希爾頓非彼希爾頓吧？要不真的顛覆了我對希爾頓的印象。

The overall stay was great! The check-in process with Memo and Giri was easy. Memo was very helpful with providing nearby eats. The rooms were overall very comfortable, of course, small but very functional. One of the simple highlights is the pool; I loved the spa-like feel. The only negative was the food served by the pool was less than desirable.

My experience at Motto Tulum was excellent! Very friendly staff and helpful with any questions or request to make you time in Tulum a fun and relaxing time. I would to give an extra shout to Memo, the front desk person that from greeting to check out offer an phenomenal service
