Stay here was good, a lot of expats working there and claiming the place a little bit. Besides that the location was ok. There is a lot of construction going on in the area.

Definitely pretty hotel, calm and peaceful environment, plenty of parking spots available inside the hotel , nice pool, wonderful service at the pool, cute interior, big bathroom. Cons: The neighborhood was really dirty and the road was super bumpy, it took us 5-10 min of driving to get to the hotel from the main street. The room was dusty and that was the worst thing during our stay. Also, when we booked the hotel they mention that you would get some $ credit that could be used in the hotel, but when we checked in, they said that it's not an option!!! We never understood the reason that it’s being written in the description!

We stayed 4 nights and had a great stay. The rooms and especially the pool look exactly like the pictures and are stunning. Our stay was quiet in terms of other guests as the hotel is not 100% up and running yet (no in-house restaurant and gym but were offered to use the facilities of the neighboring hotel) which we loved as we had the huge pool all to ourselves :-). You should be aware that the area around the hotel (Aldea Zama) is separated from the "center" by an area that you should not walk through at night - so you have to rely on (expensive) cabs or a car to get around at night - not the responsibility of the hotel, but an issue of many areas in Tulum to be aware of!

Really nice journey with friends, good welcome and staff is available when you need something. I recommend this place for people comming to tulum. The only thing is that the road in front of the hotel is not really good.

Excellent hotel, beautiful location, has all the services one can expect from a hotel of such caliber. The service has been spectacular, they answer all the questions and problems you may have. Special mention for Andrés, the manager, has attended to us personally. We will return with pleasure.

Everything is pretty. A new hotel. There are still few tourists but it is clear that they will be in great demand later on. All facilities are spacious and well decorated. At a good price for the sector because it is still new. They took great care of us. Totally recommended. Consider riding a bike or taxi to go to the beach or downtown area 💫

We stayed 10 days ago and we had a series of problems never resolved.. from water in the apar**ent for two hours.. drying everything to waiting 5/6 hours after numerous reminders for two new towels since we had used ours to dry.. not having water from the toilet, shower or tap the next morning... chat with promise of compensation for the night and for 3 days they no longer respond... if this is serious, tell me.. I'm waiting for the refund anyway.. ah swimming pool full of leaves

The young man at reception, Roy (the maintenance man) and the beauty of the place alone deserve a 5*. I arrive there alone, passing by that there would be the services offered on the site and no a**osphere (not even soft music in the common air), no restaurant, no bar. I was looking for a quiet but not boring place. If you go there I suggest you go at least 2 people and bring activities in case of a rainy day. At least we can borrow an electric bike on site. This allows you to get around but be careful, everything is far away on foot and by bike. I will never come back here but once again it is very beautiful and thank you to the two men who made my trip more pleasant and more accessible.
