To be honest, this hotel would be better than the Azulik next door if you didn’t like the original ecology so much.

Everything was honestly perfect. The ocean view room was 100% worth it. The AC over the bed kept the room cool and comfortable even though it’s a “tent”. The food was AMAZING and worth the reasonable prices, we never felt like we didn’t get our monies worth with any meal. The staff are great and very attentive. The daily onsite activities were really cool as well. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone and we’ll definitely be back again!!

We were disappointed with our stay, especially at the price point! SERVICE was mediocre, they don’t return, phone calls, or communication. Accommodations were not so clean. Tent had mold. No beach towels usually. The chair broke in the balcony, and my partner, fell back on the chair and hit her head badly. Good was just ok. Overall disappointed.

One of the most relaxing places to visit. The place is beautiful and has a private beach. The stuff is very welcoming and make sure you get the best service all the time with a smile on their face. Breakfast is amazing and the coffee is great. We stayed in the rooms with the private swimming pool, the room itself is very comfortable but we didn't use the pool/Jacuzzi since we rather go to the main pool/Bar area. The room and all the hotel surroundings are very clean and the location, farther from the busier part of Tulum allow us to enjoy quiet and tranquility. Highly recommend

A super calm and well designed resort.
The absolute best glamping place in tulum.
Rooms are spacious beds are super comfortable.
All rooms have indoor sink and mirror with out door shower and toilets.
The pool the sun beds are super nice.
Best rooms in the property are the 5 ocean front tents that are absolutely gorgeous.
Two downsides to the property are
1. it is a little far from the tulum beach and it does not have a sandy beach
2.about 15-20 min without traffic away from the tulum *****.
They have bikes that you can check out from the reception and use.
The staff are extremely nice and helpful in every way.
Loved our stay was very soothing.

Habitas tulum es un espacio magico. Uno esta en plena naturaleza, cerca de la playa. Las habitaciones estan 100% en la jungla y muy espaciosas. Tienen muchos detalles para tener una experiencia de lujo simple. La comida y especialmente el servicio son de 10. El Spa tiene unas masajistas experimentadas ( recomiendo el holístico). Se vive una experiencia polisensorial unica. Sin hablar de su fiesta en la tarde de los domingos. 👍

Hele fijne rustgevende plek op een goede locatie. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, energie is goed. Service gericht en de verschillende workshops die worden aangeboden zijn ook heel leuk. Heel afwisselend van Afro dance tot Chi Qong en sound healing. De massages zijn ook super goed! Ze werken met natuurlijke ingrediënten en de kwaliteit van de massages zijn heel goed! Dit is een van mijn favoriete plekken op Tulum geworden :)

My husband and I both work and live in Napa Valley and being surrounded by some of the highest luxuries offered on a daily basis, our expectations are pretty high. With that being said, this resort completely knocked our socks off! We felt like we were being welcomed into a home vs a resort. The team working there are genuine, thoughtful and consistently showed up anticipating needs before we could even ask. The food was some of the best dining experiences we’ve had. The rooms are a humble luxury, with the outdoor showers, decor and build. Truly a paradise we will be visiting again, as well as exploring their other properties around the world. Thank you to everyone who took care of us, you made our trip so incredibly special!!
