Our Habitas Tulum

This is one of the original hotels that still carries the essence of Tulum before the commercialization of this town. Food at their restaurant Moro is fantastic and the staff is excellent. Big shout out to Alexis (Alex) who was our amazing server. This is luxury glamping at its finest but if you’ve never experienced such accommodations or not open minded to new experiences, opt for something else. The pool view is beautiful and they have daily complimentary workshops/activities which is nice touch. Only downside is it’s far from main zone on beach rd so you can take one of their free bikes or the overpriced taxi. Overall we love it here!

had the most amazing few days here and already want to go back! the service was so great from front desk to restaurant and wellness center. we stayed in a jungle room and thought it was perfect — not too loud at all and the room has an AC so i never felt too hot in the tent. the outdoor bathroom / shower was so cool. they offer really great activities daily — we loved the full body workout, sound bath & massages. we went with the intention of relaxing and recentering and definitely got it. evelyn, stephanie and the restaurant staff were so friendly and made our trip so lovely!

This is a nice place but has limitations( single restaurant) and a noise issue that is why we left after 2 days and asked for a refund they told us to contact you. I send you a mail with our reasons but had no reply. After 2 days we booked through hotels com and moved to Beach Tulum which is a much better hotel.our habitat is very near main road so there is a lot of road noise secondly rooms are tent so you can hear your neighbour as if they are in your room.We couldnt sleep because of neighbour talk and road noise so we moved out .

Everything was honestly perfect. The ocean view room was 100% worth it. The AC over the bed kept the room cool and comfortable even though it’s a “tent”. The food was AMAZING and worth the reasonable prices, we never felt like we didn’t get our monies worth with any meal. The staff are great and very attentive. The daily onsite activities were really cool as well. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone and we’ll definitely be back again!!

We were disappointed with our stay, especially at the price point! SERVICE was mediocre, they don’t return, phone calls, or communication. Accommodations were not so clean. Tent had mold. No beach towels usually. The chair broke in the balcony, and my partner, fell back on the chair and hit her head badly. Good was just ok. Overall disappointed.

One of the most relaxing places to visit. The place is beautiful and has a private beach. The stuff is very welcoming and make sure you get the best service all the time with a smile on their face. Breakfast is amazing and the coffee is great. We stayed in the rooms with the private swimming pool, the room itself is very comfortable but we didn't use the pool/Jacuzzi since we rather go to the main pool/Bar area. The room and all the hotel surroundings are very clean and the location, farther from the busier part of Tulum allow us to enjoy quiet and tranquility. Highly recommend

A super calm and well designed resort. The absolute best glamping place in tulum. Rooms are spacious beds are super comfortable. All rooms have indoor sink and mirror with out door shower and toilets. The pool the sun beds are super nice. Best rooms in the property are the 5 ocean front tents that are absolutely gorgeous. Two downsides to the property are 1. it is a little far from the tulum beach and it does not have a sandy beach 2.about 15-20 min without traffic away from the tulum *****. They have bikes that you can check out from the reception and use. The staff are extremely nice and helpful in every way. Loved our stay was very soothing.
