Stayed at this hotel for a short business trip and ended up pretty disappointed. On the plus side, my room was big but felt outdated. Rooms which face the street are also very noisy (thankfully I could swap the room for a less noisy one). The location is good, near the lake and next to a mall. Breakfast was decent, but there was an awkward moment when a staff member started asking me to leave a (presumably good) review. This didn't feel right to me. The biggest letdown was dealing with the billing. I gave them my company’s name (it’s a well-known car brand, pretty hard to miss) for the invoice when checking in. They kept asking for the name several times though and then got it wrong on the invoice when checking out. They promised to fix it and email me, but honestly, this should be easily and directly fixable. After three days I still haven't received the invoice and my email asking for it was ignored. Overall, it wasn't my worst hotel experience but the invoice situation definitely was. This should never happen with a business hotel.
