"The man working between 5 PM and 8 PM is a terrible service provider. This one person is ruining the hotel's image. 1. The restaurant is closed. So, he says he can't provide towels or anything. 2. I already confirmed a late check-in from 11 AM to 1 PM because of my evening flight, but he refuses. (This was already agreed upon the day before, when he bragged about his friendly morning shift.) And he shouts "thank you" in Korean for no reason. He doesn't realize that this behavior actually makes the guest feel worse."

The hotel is alone in the suburbs, about 4 or 5 kilometers away from the Blue and White Town. This distance is quite embarrassing. Walk, it is too far; take a taxi. Alas, there is no UBER in Tunisia, and taxis often encounter arbitrary charges on the road. , adjust the meter."

"Hotel to avoid at all costs! I have been to this hotel every other week for 3 months and my experience has been very disastrous each stay. Twice I left clothes with the laundry service who returned them with holes in them! In addition to returning them to me with holes in them, the hotel management pretended that the clothes already had holes in them and did not offer me any compensation, which is completely lacking in honesty. To this date, I have still not been reimbursed. Beyond this crooked practice, the hotel is in a lamentable state, it is not maintained (dirty bathroom, noisy room) and the staff is not at all up to standard (they forget orders, put takes forever to serve us in the restaurant, they don't come when we call room service). A shame for the Accor group and for the Novotel brand, the management must be replaced as quickly as possible."

"My parents, daughter and I stayed at the Bayrem in October 2025. An absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel is gorgeous, the food at their restaurant and breakfast terrace delicious, and the staff incredibly friendly. Special kudos to Walid and Rachma, they were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Being in the Medina parking can be an issue but if you are being dropped off it is a short 2-3 minute walk from where you are dropped off to the hotel. Hotel staff will gladly come meet you/ walk you to a car pick-up so for us parking was no issue. We LOVED our stay the hotel!"

Service: The service attitude is very good, everyone is very enthusiastic. There are not enough hot dishes for breakfast, but the rest is good and it's ok to stay."
