Love the services, all the staff are friendly and supportive. The room is clean and huge, I got deluxe room for 5 persons and really comfortable. Have 2 set of tables, not have fridge but it's okay because they provide water dispenser on each level. Hwv for those who bring old people can ask for room in level 1 or 2 because it doesn't have lift. The wifi connection is strong, the television is smart tv and air-conditioned is a liitle bit but it is okay. I love the vibes of the hotel, really recommended.

The service is the best. Fast and efficient. Customer friendly. The room is clean and quite spacious. Aircond is cold.
Only the bathroom is a bit narrow 😂. If you are 186cm tall, you have to adjust the position to squat.

The hotel is not new but the location is very good. -Ample parking space. Check in abit long as is done manually and even with online booking and paid, they are unable to verifiy. Water dispenser on every floor. Need to request for housekeeping, new towels and extra pillows.

Very close to Taiping lake and downtown but quiet
Room is clean and bad is good
Not suitable for old people or disabled as there's no lift
Will definitely book this hotel if I'm coming to stay in Taiping
