"Very bad.smell bad.not clean. Door got hole. Ceiling got hole. Toilet leaking. The corridor walk way look like anytime will have theft coming. Hotel lobby smelly and no Aircon. The manager say arrange another room for us, but show me the same room. Once we enter the room we can’t stand for a minute, I can’t imagine staying a night there. I ask for cancellation. I don’t expect a refund I just wanna get out from there."
