Hotel was cosy and clean. Minor wear and tears in the bathroom as it's an old hotel. It has a mini zoo for kids. Swimming pool is rather small, can get quite packed over the weekends. Service was good, iron and hair dryer are avIlable upon request. Breakfast buffet consisted of mainly traditional Indonesian food. Good spread of choices.

This hotel has great location and good lighting so that all pictures looks great. For 3 stars hotel, the room is spacious. However, they need to do regular maintenance especially for air conditioning. I switched room because air conditioning is not working. Some guests experience the same. Also, the key card should be maintained as well. Most of room key cards were reset a day after even though we were having 2 nights stay. Also, it would be better to have 2 key cards for each room. Breakfast menu is okay. Need more variations. Great omelette. Regarding ballroom 1, it is good for family party / wedding. The food are overall good. Hopefully by next visit, all those need improvements have been done/fixed.

It,s located at city center and near to almost every where. Jl. Riau got alot of restaurant and can be reached by walking. The hotel services was very good and the room also clean. Highly recommended to stay either for business or with family. The only cons is the parking slot limited, but the hotels provide free valet service. The hotel has prepared hallowen decoration and the food is also good.

What a great place to stay. The hotel is located nearby malls and street food location. When we arrived the welcoming was super. The professionalism of the employees behind the desk was suburb . The next contact we made was with Erwin, we were exploring the hotel and when he saw us he gives us a good impression what the hotel us could bring, sending us to the roof top bar to see the city. The next employee Deman, He is the bartender at the pool. Super friendly and helpful. He arranged our drinks and food and always with a smile. (Thanks for the green morning drinks) Thanks Demon and Erwin for your help. Last but not least I want to thank the Iswan. Every morning we met him with a big smile at the breakfast. He provided us with information about the city. So we could make a program for the day. Great support and many thanks for your help and sandwich and drink when we left by car. For all who will read this, when you visit Bandung please book you room in this hotel. I have been in so many hotels in whole Indonesia but this hotel is in my top three. First chose this hotel because there is a mosque in its neighborhood and close to the mall. Directly booked 3 nights. The carpet room, once spacious, still plus a long chair anyway. It's obviously easy for a shrine. The bed is very comfortable, although the AC is less cold, but can allow to open the room window. Water heater and cooling refrigerator are also available. Large bathroom with wide and soft towels. Hair dryer is also available. Overall all room facilities make guests comfortable. TV channels, although not many, but enough. National TV and movie channels. This is unique, initially thought the power plug for charging the ehp is very limited, but after looking more carefully there was hidden in each table next to the bed. The mosque was also comfortable with thick carpet, although there was no priest fixed. Out of the hotel on the right there is a quiet piset mall, but there is Superindo there. across the hotel also has a nice seafood restaurant. If you want to walk a little, there are a lot of places to eat. For example, across the hotel towards jl. Bulls around Muhammadiyah Hospital. Or out the hotel on the left to the Stone Fruit Street lined up a dining area, starting from Pizza Hut, Burger King, Scrambled Chicken, Soto Boyolali, safe already. There is a recommended place for buffet food or botram, there is a ceuodah kitchen right across from the Alfamart that can try. Like a large parking lot, lots of elevators and a large dining room. No wonder breakfast looks like a wedding, with separate booths. Talk very tasty. Please try the slatter if you have a chance. For smoking can't be in this dining room, plan to stay here again, a wonderful experience. If so, no minus for the key card that must be reversed three times so that every door will open, the dirt on the carpet of the room that is not sucking all by the vacum cleaner and the shower water drain that is not immediately throw water1

It's actually not the first time for my family to stay here but this time we stayed for 2 nights to celebrated my mom's birthday and it was such an amazing experiences. The room, the service, the food, the staff are all wonderful. The check-in process was fast and got great explanation about the hotel's current policies and facilities. The room was great as always. For the breakfast they have lots of type of delicious food. The food in the club lounge were also fantastic (Tahu Walik, bakso, the small cheesecake pie, all the cake and pastries are a well-prepared delectable food with great presentation). Special shout out for the team in the club lounge! The crew in the club lounge are all awesome and really attentive. Got a surprise for my mom from the team and it made her day. Thank you to all of you guys (I didn't catch all their names but mas acep and friends) for creating another memorable experience. We'll be back here again on the next trip to bandung.

A while ago, I had the opportunity to visit one of the hotels that were located in Otista area, exactly the Otto Iskandar Dinata 1 street. Looking at the architecture of this hotel for the first time, the taste of heritage and colonial touch still remains sticky. The white dominance and its breadth unparalleled with most hotels makes visitors feel the other side that the Vue Palace Hotel offered. Entering the quiet and warm lobby, the elegant but simple interior makes visitors feel at home. To the next floor we can use the elevator or marble staircase that made a plank so it doesn't make the legs a little sluggish even riding a dozen steps. The pool facilities at Vue Palace Hotel are not so large but it is certain to enjoy with family because of its openness to nature. Besides the toilet facilities are quite good, dear when I visit the tissu was indeed absent. While the Mushola is on the basement floor and still needs touching because there is no muken available for women who happen to not bring mukena. At the Vue Palace Resto, Indonesian food is quite varied, such as soto, bakso and various kinds of porridge. Vue Palace Hotel can be one of the options for budget accommodations because its location is not far from Bandung New Market city shopping center.

I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.

stayed for two nights here.the main note is that there is an independent bank atm at the entrance of the hotel.it is still one building with the hotel with spa and reflexiology that the price is not expensive,and there is also indomaret. At least for the need to buy drinking water and snacks is easy. Next to the hotel is a pharmacy and a big mosque. Opposite the hotel is a Sunda dining house, fried rice and cart buns, there is also a coffee house. Really complete what needed is around the hotel. The room size 18m2 is enough for a mantra in the room. Add a spacious feeling with a window in the room. unfortunately,the window with dead glass,if the window can be opened,it is certainly comfortable to feel the cold air of bandung in the morning.the bed is comfortable with a pillow and also a unique small pillow extra.the tv channel is very complete. water heater is available,although coffee and tea are not provided.it is no problem to be able to buy all at indomaret.bathroom towels are soft and wide.water is also good pressure. There are two notes for room facilities, room air conditioning is not cold enough, it seems to be needed in the service filter and the bathroom is not so spacious (if it is 20cm wider it will definitely be enough). the breakfast menu is very varied and delicious,even the bataki sauce when i tried the sauce tasted just right.for smokers,there is also its own place.one note for breakfast,why is the drinking glass so small?
