Bel hotel sans spa fermé completement depuis des semaines, ne merite donc pas son nom d'hotel spa ,payer600E pour 2 nuits sans spa c 'est honteux!!!! Je n'aurai pas chosis cet hotel sans ce service , le spa et bains chauds faisaient parti de ma recherche. Aucune information concernant l'indisponibilité du spa lors de la reservation pour le dejeuné iclus dans la chambre , il est copieux omelette chaudes , lard vienoisserie; Cependant les viennoiseries ne sont pas au beurre et aucun fromage; Golden É il faut prendre deux ascenceurs c est assez contraignat pour se rendre a la chambre;

Questo hotel nel 2022 mantiene tutte le caratteristiche tradizionali di un hotel di lusso, spazio eleganza discrezione servizio. Stanza silenziosa luminosa perfettamente organizzata non manca nulla . Prezzo assolutamente coerente. La hotellerie non si improvvisa.

La zona è centrale e comoda. Per il resto è un albergo d’affari, molto anonimo e con uno stile indecifrabile. Camera abbastanza spaziosa ma per nulla curata. Tutto nella media, senza particolarità. La colazione con offerta limitata sia nel dolce che nel salato. Nella sostanza, se non fosse per la location, non lo consiglierei. Deludente.

Dopo due anni si torna a Torino per lavoro e non potevo che scegliere il meglio per dormire: stanze ampie con letti comodissimi. Servizi igienici dotati di doccia e vasca. Colazione all’altezza delle aspettative (molto buona e varia sia la parte dolce che salata.

Hotel dotato di tutti i servizi, a due passi dal centro città. Camere spaziose e ben curate. Bagni di dimensioni generose. Servizio di accoglienza cordiale e puntuale. Ottimo anche il ristorante. Buffet della colazione incentrato prevalentemente sui dolci, forse si potrebbe integrare un po’ nelle offerte salate. In ogni caso un’ottima struttura.

Trovandomi in città per lavoro ho soggiornato in questa struttura. L'hotel è in una posizione comoda e vicino alla stazione praticamente al centro della città. Nulla da dire sugli spazi, magari cercherei dove possibile di rendere alcuni dettagli più moderni e attuali. Ho avuto alcune difficoltà con la chiave elettronica di accesso alla camera nel senso che forse per un cattivo contatto a volte le luci si spegnevano non rilevandone la presenza. La camera in generale risulta silenziosa, curata e pulita, ho solo notato sulla scrivania una sorta di scrittoio in pelle non in buone condizioni che personalmente toglierei o andrei a sostituire. Vicino al letto dunque sopra ai comodini non sono presenti, almeno nella mia camera, prese per la corrente, magari è una scelta precisa ma di questi tempi credo siano ormai fondamentali. Personalmente comunque ritornerò nelle struttura. Colazione buona servita al tavolo, personale gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio ampio a disposizione chiedendo all'hotel.

Hotel in pieno centro a pochi passi da piazza San Carlo. Per il prezzo pagato (€170/notte) per la camera mi aspettavo qualcosa di più, sia dalla camera che dalla colazione inclusa. Camera troppo calda con aria condizionata molto rumorosa e insufficiente; testata del letto e parete retrostante danneggiata da precedenti ospiti. Bello il bagno, ampio con doccia e vasca. Credo che per un hotel di questo livello sarebbe opportuno e doveroso offrire almeno una bottiglia di acqua maturale al giorno per la camera, ma è una mia considerazione. Colazione nella norma , forse da hotel di una categoria in meno.

Stayed here with my 3 siblings for 1 night. We booked a quad room and the front desk kindly upgraded us to a suite which was so lovely of them. Breakfast was continental style but they made cooked breakfast upon request. Easy walking access to the train station, main sights and shopping areas. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel molto bello e molto curato. Pulito. Personale cortese e preparato. Buona anche la colazione. Spazi ampi e adeguati ad un bel soggiorno. Presente una sala con giochi per i ragazzi. Sala Bar e ristorante. Vicino al centro. Consigliato!
