The young gentleman who welcomed us at the reception was exceptionally polite and friendly. The only inconvenience we experienced was that early check-in before 3:00 p.m. was not available, even for an additional fee. Our flight arrived very early in the morning, so we had to endure the high June temperatures until check-in time. To make matters worse, there was a demonstration that had disrupted the city's bus and tram services that day, leaving us with no choice but to spend several hours walking around in the heat to reach the metro stations."

"First of all, it is worth recognizing the layout and comfort of the hotel room. But as a Hilton hotel, I think it does not meet the conditions. First point: When we arrived, there was no one at the hotel door to help open the door and help with the luggage. Only the receptionist stood in the distance waiting for us, and we had to carry the boxes over many steps to check in. When we finished checking in, the reception desk called a staff member from nowhere to help push the luggage, but the staff member seemed unwilling to help me push the luggage, because he even wanted to push all the suitcases into the elevator where I was and turn around and leave, but he did not succeed because the elevator could not accommodate him. Second point, the room was not cleaned in time. One morning, I hung the card that needed to be cleaned before going out. As a result, when we came back in the afternoon, we found that the room was not cleaned, so we had to go to the front desk to ask please help me clean the room. Third, when we checked out, the front desk system and staff were confused. I paid the full room fee when I booked. When I checked out, the staff asked me to pay the room rate again, which confused me, but she was quickly stopped by her manager."

The lifts are small but fit 4 people, the room is great, spacious with its height ceiling and spacious toilet, bed is really comfortable and AC works, this is a crucial aspect for a review has many hotels claim they have AC and not once it was on, from excuses like it’s the time of the year, etc so this could if the deal breaker for you is ac on the room then this is a excellent option, it’s cozy, staff are friendly and helpful, perfect stay."
