"The hotel is conveniently located close to metro stations, making the city center easily accessible in a short amount of time. Our room was also clean and well maintained. The young gentleman who welcomed us at the reception was exceptionally polite and friendly. The only inconvenience we experienced was that early check-in before 3:00 p.m. was not available, even for an additional fee. Our flight arrived very early in the morning, so we had to endure the high June temperatures until check-in time. To make matters worse, there was a demonstration that had disrupted the city's bus and tram services that day, leaving us with no choice but to spend several hours walking around in the heat to reach the metro stations."

"Small hotel near the politecnico and the bus stop (flibco) to airport. Some rooms are recently renovated and staff will try assign you one of these. Air conditioning and WiFi are good. Building is old though and insulation is pretty bad (you can hear anything from the corridors)."

"It was fairly good except the male waiter at the breakfast as I asked him where is the olive oil then he kept saying " si si on the table" and it was not on the table .. it would be better to be more sincere or at least ask his manager if he's not able to speak English , this made me feel bit irritating as he obviously looks annoyed by answering my question all the rest was ok , would select this hotel again if I go Torino"
