"This is not a hotel suitable for tourists. It's not a problem with the facilities, but solely with the service. Everything is self-service, with communication only possible via email. Most importantly, they don't offer luggage storage. You have to drag your suitcases and walk ten minutes to the luggage storage station, and there's a high chance there won't be any spaces available. Plus, you have to pay. My family of three stored three 29-inch suitcases for five hours and it cost 54 euros. They also expect you to keep it clean, and I had to do a quick cleaning before leaving."
