The hotel is actually very average in terms of location and price/performance ratio, except that the hotel's surface decoration is slightly better. A night in a small single room costs almost 400 RMB, which is not as good as the one near Port Susa where I stayed on the third day. The transportation is convenient. The room is spacious and only costs 300RMB

L'hotel si trova in una posizione buona, circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e ben collegata con il centro. Nel complesso un buon soggiorno, ottima colazione, stanza pulita e personale gentile. Unica pecca, qualche particolare della stanza un po' trascurato e aria condizionata non funzionante.

Pessimo a dir poco! Abbiamo alloggiato un venerdì sera dovevamo partire poi la domenica mattina, il venerdì all’una c’era una festa in hotel (nel seminterrato permettono di fare feste con ragazzi) e i giovani si sono riversati tutti sotto le camere a gridare e lanciarsi bottiglie, chiamo in portineria e mi viene risposto che fino all’una in struttura è consentito il chiasso ma che i ragazzi se ne sarebbero andati dopo pochi minuti. Il ****** è terminato all’una e 40, la mattina dopo lasciamo l’hotel e il ragazzo in portineria ci dice che avendo già pagato per due notti dovremo scrivere una mail di reclamo! Scortesia totale anche nel modo di porgersi. Mi da un bigliettino e dice di scrivere alla mail del bigliettino! Vergognoso!

Partiamo col dire che di 4 stelle ha poco, dalle foto su internet alla realtà c’è una bella differenza, camere che odorano di chiuso e vecchio, letto sfondati alquanto scomodi per dormire, insonorizzazione delle stanze pessima, porte son quel che sono, nei corridoio e ad ogni piano gli anni della struttura si vedono tutti e la colazione alla mattina qualcosa di scandaloso, ho trovato colazioni migliori nei 3 stelle, per non parlare del fatto che i tavolini sono piccoli e pochissimi considerando la capienza dell’hotel. Dulcis in fundo la pulizia non è delle migliori.

Camere sporche, polvere ovunque e ragnatele. Le camere necessitano di ristrutturazione importante. Luci che non funzionano, letti scomodi e finestre molto vecchie che fanno passare il rumore dalla strada. Davvero una pessima esperienza. Non ci ritornerei mai più.
