We had a great stay at the Oriana Hotel in Turin. Everything was exactly as expected. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent and made it easy to explore the city. Overall, everything worked perfectly and we would gladly stay here again.
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Oriana Hotel in Turin. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole all’Oriana Hotel di Torino. È stato tutto perfetto. La camera era pulita, confortevole e ben attrezzata. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima e permette di visitare facilmente la città. Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e torneremmo volentieri.

The apartment is quite a distance from railway station, but you may take bus, the stop is only 4mins to the apartment. The apartment is spacious, the dishes and cutlery are clean and new. The lift stopped without reason, need to carry heavy luggage down to ground.

I would like to use it again. Although the cost of living in Turin is cheaper than in Rome or Florence, there is a kitchen where you can cook in the accommodation, and it was nice that there was oil, salt, and pepper under the Lavazza coffee machine.

The room was very clean and it was about a 10 minute walk to Porta Nuovo station. The reception staff were kind and friendly.

No receipt is provided for luggage storage, you are asked to leave it directly in the lobby. Later, I left something in the room. I called once and they said it was not there. I called again and they said they had it and could mail it. I sent emails many times, but the email address was wrong. I contacted Ctrip and they said they would not mail it. I had to go back and pick it up myself. I had already left Italy. Ctrip handled it very badly. I don't recommend it to everyone.
