Overcharged by more than 8,000 RMB offline, with delayed follow-up processing – I absolutely refuse to recommend this hotel! This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had! Upon checkout, I was shockingly overcharged over 8,000 RMB without justification. Even worse, their follow-up service is extremely negligent – ​​despite repeated emails and calls, the issue remains unresolved after two weeks. The hotel management clearly lacks integrity and responsibility, disregarding consumer rights. If I go back to Turin, I will go back to this hotel. It is located in the old town, which is good for sightseeing, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the recharge when I checked out, but it was resolved quickly.

Very well located with many nice bars and restaurants nearby, and the possibility of visiting many historical sites on foot. Very clean. Very comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff.

Poor cleaning, limescale everywhere in the bathroom and some mold in the grout; the shower leaks (the door doesn't close properly). You can hear everything from the courtyard/breakfast room and the hallway on the first floor. Staff were friendly at reception, but not at all when checking out. I'm actually used to a better standard and service from NH Collection...

I liked the hotel very much. Clean and particular in the architecture. The staff is very kind and I really liked the internal restaurant (bistro of a more famous starred one). I will definitely be back.
