I'm a fan of NH collection group however this time was not impressed as usual. Staffs weren't really welcoming, maybe we were check-in quite late at around 10pm. The room wasn't as spacious as others hotels in the group and the view outside is awful. Also the sound proofing was terrible and we could hear a huge sound from the ceiling in the morning. However, the room is clean I will still choose the NH group but not this hotel when I travel to Turin next time.

Prima volta in questo hotel (una notte per motivi di lavoro), stanza piccola al quarto piano. Unico neo: scostando le tende si nota una finestra "datata" con affaccio poco piacevole. Il resto, tutto una piacevole sorpresa: hotel vicino alla stazione (comodissimo), stanza piccola ma completa, pulitissima, letto molto comodo con biancheria pulitissima e profumata, bagno comodo dotato di tutto ciò che serve (sapone, shampoo, balsamo, etc.), tv, frigo, cassaforte, etc. La camera è silenziosissima (tranne quando suona la campana di una chiesa probabilmente lì vicino ma... è una cosa che non accade all'alba). Vera soddisfazione, la sala ristorante: dopo una giornata di viaggio non avevo voglia di girare per Torino e trovare un posto per mangiare. Ho cenato in hotel, filetto con verdure, pane e grissini artigianali... tutto buonissimo e servito dalla persona in sala molto gentile, cordiale e sorridente. Senza riempirmi (ma piacevolmente sazio), ho gustato tutto con piacere, poi in camera per un sonno eccezionale (silenzio meraviglioso, letto comodo, tutto perfetto). Colazione: molto completa, c'è tutto per tutti. Insomma... è stato davvero un piacevolissimo soggiorno e non avrò dubbi sull'hotel da scegliere per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Torino.

Nonostante sia un cliente abituale di questa struttura mi è stata data una camera angusta, con una vista sul cortile, con un frigorifero che faceva un forte rumore per cui ho dovuto chiamare la reception e sono venuti a spegnerlo. Nelle precedenti esperienze ho avuto un trattamento migliore. Anche perché ho potuto comparare la mia camera a quelle di amici che avevano scelto lo stesso tipo di camera, e la mia camera era la peggiore. E io sono, come già detto, sono un cliente abituale e ho aderito al programma fedeltà.
