Really old facilities, especially in the room. The whole hotel is just old honestly. The staff was nice and helpful though. They helped me print something and let me store my luggage after check out!

Hotel looks like a fallen nobleman. Rooms often without even a socket near the bed and with bathrooms not up to the stars: the shower was all encrusted. In these days of low temperatures they had turned off the heating and it was very cold in the rooms. I complained to reception, receiving half-hearted apologies. Decent breakfast

4 star hotel but a little disappointing unfortunately. Ok area, although noisy due to the road and tram in front but with closed windows you can't hear anything. The room was really too hot... Bathroom with some flaws (no ventilation and no window, shower head that splashed water out of the shower, sink and other parts of the shower with scuffs). They have a closed garage with some parking spaces, we wrote to have it reserved, never responded, consequently we arrive on site and there is no space). Let's say that for a 4 star and the price paid for a night without breakfast, we expected more!

A very advantageous room cost for accommodation in a 4-star hotel with all the requirements to deserve it. The room was welcoming, warm and large. The bed very comfortable. In the room everything you need to prepare hot drinks. The location is not very central but in the immediate vicinity there is a city bus stop. On the negative side, the bathroom has an unusable shower and limited toiletries. The mini bar with only water of an unknown brand and the TV screen of very limited size.

Hotel located a little on the edge of the city center (allow a 45-minute walk to reach the Egyptian art museum). Very good services, friendly and cordial welcome. The room was spotless, very comfortable bedding, clean bathroom. The breakfast is filling and delicious. Outdoor parking on the terrace is a plus.
