Best Western Hotel Piemontese Turin

There is no hot water for showering, the equipment just happened to be broken….

Very good hotel, well located with a nice view of the courtyard.

The service was very good, including booking a taxi for the next morning early in the morning. The room was large and comfortable, but there was no air conditioner. It wasn't such a hot day, but what about hot days?

E’ la prima volta che scrivo una recensione su un hotel, viaggio spessissimo per lavori ma è la prima volta che mi capita una cosa del genere. In questo hotel mi è stata assegnata una camera nella mansarda dove alle prime piogge la finestra lucernario ha fatto entrare acqua perché le guarnizioni non tengono, ed alle mie rimostranze mi è stato risposto che l’Hotel era pieno e che non potevano risolvere il problema, pertanto sono stati costretto a dormire letteralmente con un lago di acqua ai piedi del letto, sperando che non ripiovesse la notte, credo che un hotel ed un comportamento del genere non siano degni di un Hotel Best Western.

Ottima la posizione per visitare il centro storico, la camera era pulita e ben insonorizzata con letto comodo. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile e la colazione abbondante e di buona qualità. Unico neo l arredamento dovrebbe essere forse un po rinfrescato...

We were guests for an event in the area for 2 nights. The service was good. We had some problems finding parking in the area because we had a 9-seater minibus. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good.

We spent the Easter holidays in this hotel in Turin. The Hotel Piemontese is located in the San Salvario area, near the Synagogue, a stone's throw from the station and the Valentino Park. It must be said that the area as a whole is not exactly reassuring, I think due to the proximity to the station; furthermore, it is not right in the city center, but just take a short 15/20 minute walk to reach Piazza San Carlo and from there the main attractions of Turin. It rained in the first two days, but thanks to the porticoes we didn't have any major difficulties in moving around on foot. We spent Easter Monday in the splendid Valentino Park, which is very close to the Hotel. Excellent luggage storage. We left our suitcases in the morning, after leaving the room, and collected them in the afternoon to reach the nearby stop for the airport. Otherwise the facility is well maintained, managed by friendly and helpful staff. Basic room, maximum cleanliness. Bathroom and furnishings in good condition. Excellent breakfast, with efficient and courteous table service. We had, as requested, an internal room, on a high floor and in fact we rested really well, sheltered from the noise of the street below. The air conditioning needs to be improved which, given the low temperatures of those days, did not work at its best. The hairdryer doesn't work well. Better to bring it from home. Overall very satisfied. We will definitely consider the hotel for a next stay in Turin.

Very bad rooms, in the first room the balcony door was broken and you couldn't open it, in the second room it was more or less OK except that the wall by the shower was also broken. Never again in this hotel
